The massages were excellent and the facilities are perfectly clean, tidy and well designed.

Not deducting a star but the ambiance is lacking. You can hear the diner next door through the walls. They use crinkly plastic bags for used towels while they're doing hot towel treatments. The constant crinkling of the bags is so loud and so out of character in an otherwise very nice spa. A little bit more/louder white noise and a switch to something other than the plastic bags would have made this a perfect experience.
