We chose to stay at Home Hotel because of the location. We were in Taiwan to attend a wedding and it was just amazing.
Before I even checked in, I had contacted the hotel to make sure we had an iron to use.
They also helped me make a hair appointment.
Every day the staff had been amazing and helpful. Especially with helping us book taxis. They went above and beyond for us and we really appreciate their hospitality. Truly one of the best experiences I've had with hotels' customer service.
Thank you so much. We will definitely be back again.

The location of this Hotel is superb as it is only one block away from Taipei 101 and the Mitsukoshi Shopping Complex. You will never run out of things to do!

The rooms are clean and spacious, and their beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet can use a better selection of breads and some bacon. The bar on the ground floor offers a good selection of drinks and live lounge music.

The only downside to the location is that it is right smack beside possibly the hippest bars in Taipei. The noise generated by all this activity will definitely keep you awake at night. To avoid this, MAKE SURE to get a room on the SongRen side of the hotel away from the other end. Just request the staff on check in and they will surely accommodate you. Great Job, HomeHotel team. Great location right near 101. It's not my favourite part of town, but if you need to be in this part of town this is really well located. Rooms are comfortable, staff are friendly. The food in the dining room was a bit plain, but ok.

Perfect location - right next to all the big malls. Hotel staffs are super friendly, attentive and helpful. Highly recommended!!! Will definitely go back to this hotel again!!!

Very spacious and clean room for the price paid. Simple design, really like home away from home. Child amenities such as small pillow, in-room slipper, toothbrush and toothpaste were provided even though we didnt request for it
Breakfast is great with good variety of food and drinks.

They help find place I want go, so sweet, next time if come Taiwan I will stay there again.

Our room was smaller than at our previous 4-star Xinyi hotel, bit we were very happy with everything else. We had a PURE room, with an air purifier, and essential oil based liquid soap and shampoo. The toilet had a bidet, the lighting in the room was excellent.
The staff was very courteous and super helpful. We're liked them all, but special thanks to the breakfast server called Jennifer. She was sooo nice!
The hotel accepted to store or luggage for the days while we were gone to another town. They got us a taxi for our departure day to the airport, organizing it in advance for us, along with a boxed breakfast as we were leaving early.
There were always three choices of fruit at breakfast, cold cow milk, drinkable yogurt, and delicious bread and croissants. I mention these because from our past experiences in Taiwan, hotel breakfasts tend to focus only in savory foodd. This hotel had these too of course.
Location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the 101.

We came in from the US and spent a week at HomeHotel. They were amazing!

The location was perfect and very close to the subway. The whole hotel was clean and sleek. The breakfast buffet was very tasty and had many food options.

The staff was the best though! They organized our transportation to and from the airport. They also held onto some items for us until we arrived. We had no problems communicating and the staff spoke very good English.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel!

I have been staying at Home Hotel for many years especially prior to Covid-19.
The recent stay was like a sort of 'home coming' for me. The location is convenient with easy access to the MRT, many eateries and bars, and within walking distance to Taipei 101. The front desk and even housekeeping staffs are courteous. More importantly, I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere at ren bistromony. The staffs there, especially xiao an and tony made conversations with us and this made all the nightly drinking sessions so much fun and enjoyable. Thank you for a most wonderful stay at Home Hotel.

We stayed at Home Hotel twice. We stayed on 9th floor for the first time, the 11th floor for the second staying. The rooms were the clean, but the 11th floor room is much better than 9th floor room. Olivia and Simon were very friendly. Olivia explained the statement very clear. Simon gave a brief tour of the surrounding. We paid additional half day room rate for extended staying till 5:00pm. It was very reasonable. Overall we will come again because it was a city center and a lot of action during our stay. We love Taipei, Taiwan.

This is my second time staying at Home Hotel. The hotel is located in the center of all attractions. Olivia and Simon are the front desk agents who are very friendly. They are very helpful. I am so lucky to know them.

A quiet boutique hotel ideally located in the heart of the shopping district in Taipei. Snug in between resounding clubs n quiet cafes n within throwing reach of several major malls to satisfy your shopping urges n tire even the most resolute of credit cards. The surrounding malls provide the best for all budgets ranging from high end international brands to mid level local products. Food is in abundance n for tastes n flavours. The hotel itself is excellent in room size n adequately furnished even for the business traveller. Simple n a varied breakfast is available n most staff are well helpful n sufficiently conversant in English. Definitely a comfy stay n also ideal for those intending to cut travel time for a shopping foray or for those who have meetings or business to conduct within this district. Reasonably priced n it’s as their slogan goes - HOME - truly a home in the heart of the city within comfortable reach of the iconic 101 mall or any other mall for that matter.

Accomodation location is so important when traveling. homehotel I stayed at in Taipei had the most amazing location.

It was a walking distance from the city hall station, surrounded by malls and shops, COULD SEE TAIPEI 101 from the room and just so safe and nice.

The room design was so lovely and cozy. It really lived up to its name and made me feel very at home

All the hotel staffs were so kind and patient for all of our multiple request over time. They were always gentle and smart. Quarantine food service was so amazing that we extended the service to go longer. The room was super clean and comfortable. Good design and modern furniture. Great location. Must stay hotel in Taiwan.

During my stay at Home Hotel during quarantine the staff were incredibly attentive making it easy and comfortable to go through what could have been a challenging experience.

Lovely and clean rooms with the right layout to get work done or enjoy and relax. They even had a yoga mat at the ready for some in-room exercise.

The meals were delicious and filling, especially considering we couldn’t leave - I never felt I had to order anything extra (except some desserts) to fill me up.

Stayed for 3 nights in Home Hotel Xinyi, Taipei.
At first was worried about noisy as it's near to malls, ended very satisfied with the location & quiet at night. The room is spacious & the staffs are friendly.

I have a feeling that I must leave some positive reviews here as it is soooo excellent.
The home hotel has experiences to take stay for people from all around the world, especially from EU or USA. The culture here fits what I have in the USA and therefore significantly reduces the potential pain caused by mandatary quarantine.
1) concierge is far beyond the expectation: they work very effectively to solve your problem or questions, e.g., delivery.
2) room is relatively small but acceptable. The quality of the room is excellent.
3) lots of flexibility. They always try to offer you a reasonable solution to work together on your problem. I got an HDMI line for my screen.
4) high-quality coffee and tea are available in the minibar.
5) located in the center of Taipei. you can potentially see Taipei 101 or the city view to have a feeling of the city flow even if you can't leave the room due to regulations.
6) Given all its goodness, the price is moderate and quite acceptable.

Strongly recommend it, especially if you are from the USA. You would like the culture here.

I spent my 2 weeks in quarantine here & it was excellent. Lovely people, very helpful. The prepared meals were quite good, we had seafood several times, which is pretty amazing considering the circumstances. I totally recommend a stay here.
