Good gym and very decently priced. 100 for drop in day pass. Got squat racks, some ok machines and a bunch of dumbbells. Everything anyone needs to get in a great workout

Has all major weightlifting equipment and a lot of space for stretching and floor exercises. Has a changing room and water. Bring your own lock for the lockers and towel if you want to use showers. Has free wifi. NTD100 for drop by visit.

This gym is like the Disneyland of strength training. I’ve been to SO many gyms around the world and this is my favourite. Heaps of squat racks and places to deadlift, benches, machines, and free weights. Heaps of TRX space too. Not lots of cardio but honestly this gym is so damn good if you’re into weight lifting it’s the place. I’ve also never seen it busy which is awesome!
Also only $100 for a day with no contexts which is so much better than other gyms in the area that require you to sign contracts or are kind of dodgy with getting your details and harassing you.
100% recommend this place!

It was a wonderful experience our training there for a week! I could train all my Crossfit routine, also a big space for TRX and streches. The atmosphere is amazing, and thebmaterial has a good quality and the facilities are very clean! The best of the 3 gyms I tried in Taipei 😁😁😁👌💪

Good! Small but all equipment you need. Gets busy after work. No treadmills.

Pros: Ten racks, 120 NTD per visit no time limit, very balanced and friendly male/female crowd.

Cons: Lockers are small, must bring own lock, bathrooms are old, ceilings are low, lighting is dim

It has a lot of equipments, staff are pretty friendly, you have to bring your own lock for the lockers...!

Their equipment is well-kept, and it’s almost always spacious enough to find your own corner for weights.
