I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff at your hotel, particularly Queenie, the duty manager for the Brasserie Buffet. During our recent stay on 4/25, my family and I were deeply impressed by the level of care and attention to detail demonstrated by Queenie. When my little one fell down while we were having lunch at the Brasserie Buffet, the prompt response and genuine concern shown by Queenie and her team were truly commendable. They immediately checked on us to ensure the well-being of my child and went above and beyond to offer assistance. What truly touched us was Queenie's personal approach in ensuring that everything was okay and whether any medical assistance was required for my child. Despite the busy atmosphere, she took the time to comfort my child with a piece of cake, which not only eased his distress but also showcased her genuine kindness. Queenie's gesture of returning with the team to wish us well as we were about to check out was unexpected but deeply appreciated. Her sincerity and caring attitude exceeded our expectations and left a lasting impression on us.
As a frequent traveler, I have encountered various levels of service, but Queenie's exemplary service stands out as truly exceptional. Her professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for guests exemplify the essence of hospitality. I would like to extend my sincerest gratitude to Queenie and the entire team at the Brasserie Buffet for their outstanding service. They have undoubtedly contributed to making our stay at Regent Taipei a memorable experience!

This hotel is so grand and screams luxury the moment you enter. The service is top notch and perhaps the most extensive of all the hotels I've stayed so far. The room is spacious and even contains a Herman Miller chair. Unfortunately, the bed was quite hard for my liking. The sauna was one of the best, but I didn't like how it along with the gym were deep in the basement floors. The lounge felt exclusive and the breakfast was lovely. For such an old hotel, the interior was superbly maintained and it never felt dated. I can see myself coming back as it was a pretty special experience.

Is really great and comfortable experience. There are a lot of different type of cuisine and dish in canteen.And the service is fantastic, especially 秀美 and Wilson. Both two waiters showed their service technique and professional skills. I extremely hope that i can come back again inmy next trip

This hotel exceeds expectations in every aspect. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. The service is impeccable, with attentive staff catering to every need promptly and courteously. The sauna facilities are top-notch, offering a rejuvenating escape after a day of activities. The breakfast selection is outstanding, featuring a variety of delicious options to suit every palate. Overall, this hotel delivers a superb experience across the board, leaving guests feeling pampered and thoroughly satisfied.

The receptionist (Ms. Tina H.) and the housekeeping are courteous and professional. The room, with a touch of oriental classical aesthetics, is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. The Brasserie Buffet breakfast not only serves a good variety of cuisines, but also comes with an attentive creativity on many items, creating a spark on both the tastebuds and the eyes. Their table-side service of freshly baked croissant and hot drinks is rather unique among buffet restaurants.

Overall, at Regent Taipei, it is not just an ordinary stay for a night or two, but an enjoyable lifestyle experience worth a (re)visit.

While this is definitely an older hotel, it is in remarkably good condition with newly oversized renovated rooms. We stayed here during the latest large, 7.4 earthquake and I can’t think of a safer building to be in the entire country! The beds are phenomenal, shower pressure (one of my most important pet peeves) exceptional, room service one of the best I have experienced anywhere in the world and the staff is excellent. They truly care and go out of their way to meet every request. In over five days. I never heard the word “NO” used. Special callout to particular staff that made our stay so enjoyable: Kevin at the front desk and Sunny, very appropriately named, at the bell desk, who is probably the heart and soul of the Hotel! Absolutely no question that we will be back again on our next trip to Taipei

This is such a wonderful hotel. It's in a prime location, has wonderful restaurants (especially breakfast), close to the MRT, and have such professional, friendly staff. Staff speaks Taiwanese, Mandarin, English and Japanese fluently, which was pretty impressive. We came during Easter and they had a really cool Easter activity for kids. Special thanks to Tina (our guest relations specialist), Vivi (Kid's Club) and Steve (Easter Bunny). I love the spa and massage so I also highly recommend it.

I must express my utmost admiration for the exceptional service provided by Jack at the front desk during my recent stay with my mother. Despite encountering challenges with our room preferences, Jack's unwavering dedication and professionalism shone through. His proactive approach and genuine commitment to ensuring our satisfaction elevated our experience. Jack's efforts extended beyond mere problem resolution; they reflected a genuine desire to exceed expectations. His warm demeanor and infectious smile created an atmosphere of hospitality that transformed any inconvenience into a fleeting memory.

Nicole and Erica in the lobby were very attentive to helping me every day.
They suggested to plan visit Taipei and made restaurant reservations, but they were not bored and were happy to help me. It's worth saying thank you. Next time I come back to Taiwan, I will definitely stay at regent Hotel .The service in the restaurant on the third floor is really great! I had a delicious dinner there thanks to the service at Regent Hotel 👍👍👍

Lovely and high quality hotel in Taipei, you must love their service. ( even though I reserved by Amex, they said cannot find the reservation, and wait for 15 mins at counter for them to check)

Room has signs of history, but still elegant and comfy. Counter services are attentive, breakfast is great, will stay here for next visit.

Had a really good time at the hotel. Great services, especially from Annie Mao! Annie answered all our questions promptly and was very kind. Being treated well as a guest was a huge part of our excellent experience at the Regent Hotel. Would definitely come again!

I have come to hotel for lunch at Brasserie in hotel. The line of foods was so good and worth to. The staff are good services I used the coupons and had a remain money after paid the buffet price, they took me to choose some drink take away, thank you for guidance!, Mr. Gary and the woman who explained us ❤

Luxurious Escape in the Heart of Taipei! The Regent Taipei exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I was greeted with impeccable service and warm hospitality. My room was beautifully appointed and impeccably clean, offering a tranquil oasis in the bustling city. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a stunning rooftop pool, a world-class spa, and a variety of excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend the Regent Taipei to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable stay in Taipei.

We stayed here for 6 nights. What most amazed me was one of the room cleaning ladies. She greeted us with a super friendly and respectful manner. She always asked us if we needed anything whenever she saw us. I really love her!!
We stayed at the corner room with the Taipei 101 view. The room was neat and clean. The service of the hotel was outstanding. The location was pretty close to MRT or I could just call taxi. The breakfast was nice. They also offered quite ok selections for vegetarian choices. The only thing I had a little complaints about was the food style didn’t change a lot. We had almost the same selection all the time. Other than that, it was great hotel to stay😘

Excellent hospitality and services from the head to toe. I called and spoke with the concierge for dinner reservation. That was perfectly done. The room is wonderful. Nice and clean.
Our stay was so joyful and it makes us feel like. O inf back soon to see those staff people at the hotel.

Welcomed by friendly front desk staff. Fast check-ins despite hotel running full house with lots of international and Japanese guests. Great location. Subway is just a 5 min walk from the hotel. The breakfast buffet spread was impressive.

One thing worth noting is that the friendliness of the staff from front desk, the porters at the door and lobby to the staff at Concierge were exceptionally helpful. I would want to make a special mention to Ms Erica at Concierge for her willingness to go the extra mile by making numerous phone calls to Duen Tai on our behalf and more importantly getting us the right contacts; helping us save time and simplifying our purchasing process. By the way, Duen Tai’s Lava Custard Taro Pastry tasted heavenly good.

We had a great time here and if I have a chance I will definitely come back to this hotel again.
