Yes, feels like thousands people coming in one day to process the passport. The office open 8:30 and I got there 8:20 but still really long. People are literally running over to the line. The process was very organized with helpers. It took me 2 hours to get everything done. I paid the express service which I’m picking up the next day. I was told to be here after 10AM. Got here exactly 10AM. Took me 20 minutes to get the passport. Happy with their service!

It is raining in the evening ！I am luck to pick a seat to wait！Though there are a lot of people to catch passports ，u should be patient to wait ！If u couldn’t take off to catch ur passport ，u can come here to pick number-card on every Wednesday because it is opening until eight o’clock in the evening! It is really convenient for workers!Thanks for these employees working so hard here!

Went on a Wednesday morning shortly after 8.30am without appointment and was out before 9am - getting documents authenticated was a breeze: they have many copy machines available, the queue is very short and the staff very helpful.

I went to renew my passport, the whole process was so efficient, very short waiting time, I got my photo taken in the same place, excellent public service.

Came with almost all papers prepared, get help from information desk. Everything done and out again in 20-25 minutes. Don't know if it was a slow day or they finally done some efficiencies to speed up.

The lady at the counter who acknowledged my visa application was very polite, helpful and quick. The visa section seems to be very well organized. On a Tuesday morning at around 10.00 there was no long queue.

For the ROC citizens who want to have your passport delt, this is the place to go to, do not go to the MOF on Park road, they don't do the admin business there. I highly recommend people to come here if they have time instead of asking travel agency. The staffs here are efficient and friendly, and if you follow their online instruction properly, under normal circumstances it won't take too much time.

you can enquire for directions after scanning QR code at the entrance, the staff was very warm and helpful.

I had document authentication at 3F. they accept both cash and credit card. cash will be proceeded at another counter, but if you have credit card the transaction can be done right at the counter.

the clerks seemed to be less friendly than the one at 1F but they were nice too. they answer and explain clearly as far as you're asking proper questions and have all documents well prepared.

there were three photocopy machines with straightforward instructions on the wall (NTD 1 each, pretty good quality). and opposite were tables with social distancing dividers 😂

Great service and super fast if you have time and have an online appointment set it up ahead.

I had an expired passport, got on line filled in all your information ,made an appointment,easy to do . Email reminder was a plus.

No need to worry about if you don't have a printer or photo. You can do it there.

Bring your old passport, Taiwan ID nt$1300 ,two photos with you. (NT$120 to take picture for photos there)

Helper will point it out the machine to scan your ID and print out the form (with ID on it, neat!) And a number ticket. Yes,do that first if you don't have photo ready yet. This is kind of like that upstairs know that you are here, ready for your appointment. ..Less than 2 mins

Overethere it has 2 or 3 photo booths and great helper to make sure you have your picture right for passport,NT$120 you will get 6 photos.... Less than 1 minute.

Bring your photos to the middle stands, there are scissors,glue,pen ready for you to cut and glue or sign your name....Take me a while....4 mins

By the time I reach upstairs where the windows are, they are calling my number already. Less then 5 mins, I'm done and go to next window to pay. Get your receipt and come back in few days, mine was 4 days regular speed.

I was really pleased, and hopefully that's the right decision due to that was the last week they are using 1st generation chip.

On the day to pick up my passport, went upstairs, pick up a number ticket, wait about 8 mins, there goes, done. Simply amazing.

Great service from the entrance, volunteer staff will guide you to the right floor, pick a number note and wait for your turn. They are super efficient. Everything is ready on site, from photocopier to post office. Close to mrt number 2 exit, there's a shortcut beside the apartment complex.

From my experience, getting documents legalized is quite easy, the staff speaks English and can help with the process. Very quick!
