Currently staying here - one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far and I've stayed at a lot.

- Free laundry
- really helpful reception in English, Japanese and Mandarin/Cantonese spoken.
- Free snacks
- Great rooftop and gym area
- Really thoughtful and helpful staff that go the extra mile. Our laundry finished before we got back, they automatically put in dryer and ran it for us.
- room is excellent - soundproof and modern

Such a lovely and Cozy hotel. Staff was super polite and friendly and tried to meet all my needs.

They also had a portable heater in the room as it was having cold wave in Taiwan.

I stayed here for 3 nights and it was exceptional. The bed is incredibly comfortable, hot water baths are delightful, aircon powerful and adjustable, the balcony view of the street is entertaining, in a quiet street (but still with locals walking by, pleasant authentic vibes, plenty of food and amenities available including 7/11 and restaurants), free coffee and laundry. What made this stay special were the staff, particularly the female staff. When I checked in I had a badly swollen ankle from previous days' activities and the staff at this hotel were lovely enough to bring ice up to my room so I could put it on my ankle and rest. They made up my room each day immaculately. And their personalities and professionalism was 10/10, thank you ladies! The metro is 3 minute walk away and super convenient. Better than staying in the busy and more overpriced Ximen, but you can get to places like this super easily.

Right next to the MRT, the Simple+ Hotel is a great hotel for anyone visiting Taipei. The receptionists were very friendly, the room was always kept clean, and they have free laundry facilities you can use. Definitely recommend.

Very clean rooms. 24 hours friendly reception with good English. Subway right around the corner as well as 7/11 shop and more.

Strategic location, good ambiance at the lobby, breakfast provided though I didn’t get to enjoy the breakfast due to early morning flight as the breakfast only available from 07:00 onwards.

Clean room coupled with super king size bed and toilet comes with bathtub.

Hi. Thank you so much for the service. The hotel allowed me to leave luggage as I arrived way to early before check in time. And guess what, the same process for check out. The hotel does not mind me to leave luggage after check out as i have night flight. One of the best service you could get in Taipei. The hotel may be 3 stars, but the service is 5 stars. Thank you for accommodating my request!

The room are clean, well maintained & slightly high end design, all electronic functions well.
The staff are friendly, the lift is in good condition, the location is convenient, the breakfast is ok, so far a good experience, well recommend!

I stayed in October 2021 for the 14-day quarantine. Not a bad place to be cooped up for two weeks. The staff were friendly and very responsive. The room was clean and comfy. Great WiFi and I was able to keep busy with work and videos, allowing the time to pass quickly. The balcony was a real mental-health saver. It was a productive two weeks!

Very pleasant and great value for money. Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms with nice deco and good breakfast. Location nearby MRT is great too. Would choose to stay here again anytime.

My experience from this hotel dated back just prior to the start of COVID-19 quarantine.. The service here were so friendly and sincere (from the front desk to room cleaning service to the dinning room staff) I almost extended my stay indefinitely 😊. My only thought about the rooms are just a bit small, yet this hotel is at a Prime convenient location, I would definitely stay here again and again whenever I am able. 👏👏👏 👍👍👍👍👍

Highly Recommended, i stay for 3 days. And im very satisfied for the service, from very approachable staffs and for the hotel facilities itself. Want i dont really expect is the Breakfast i was surprise by the buffet, you can consider the foods as BRUNCH, and its worth it for the price.
You can also enjoy the terrace of the rooms which can light up the room every sunrise. The Rooftop are also relaxing if you want to breath some fresh air. There is plenty of Gym equipment that you can use while you stay. Also the massage chair is also good where you can relax.
Everyday staff will go to your room and will ask you for room cleaning or if there is anything you need, Which is i really appreciate. They make sure that you have everything you need while you checked in.

Had a nice trip in Taipei! Facilities are clean and well maintained. Shower and bath are amazing. Great location! Staff are professional, helping and friendly in manner. Well, this is all what you need for a pleasant journey..

Good location. Quite yet convenient to MRT and bus station. Beautiful lobby. Spacious room and toilet. I brought a plastic zip bag and asked the front desk for a few ice cube to cool my sprained ankle. Later the staff gave me their ice bag full of ice! Such an attentive act. And the front desk greet us whenever we left or back to the hotel.

Unfortunately, the Wifi not really working in my room(212), including the general connection. It might be some “blind spot “ in the hotel that couldn’t receive any signal.

Staff here made a 15-day mandatory hotel quarantine feel like a mental-health retreat. Comfortable, clean and calm in the bustling center of Taipei (Taiwan's largest and most vibrant city). I would highly recommend this hotel for any occasion.

The service is amazing. Staff members are always available to help, and happy to do so.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of food, western included. They have a laundry room which is very helpful, a gym and a rooftop deck from which you can see the Taipei 101.

Very friendly staffs. Our family stayed at the hotel twice. Both visited were good. Even with the minor smelling problem (someone smoked in the building in a non-smoking place, this is not the hotel problem, but customer's behaviour issue) Staffs tried the best to resolve the problem.
Hotel in the center of Taipei and basically reach most places on their MRT system.

Simple + Hotel is a great place to be when you're in Taipei, Taiwan. The treatment and guest service is simply great. They are very polite and helpful. You are really welcomed. The structure is very good and near the subway and bus stations. Very simple to go anywhere from the hotel!
