One of the staff was super helpful, she was very careful with my inquiry which was admittedly rather complicated, and involved international postage rules. She listened well and answered all of my questions with lots of patience. She also wears lots of sparkly jewelry, which just made her seem really approachable. Ask for Tinghua or 庭華， I think is her name. Can't miss the sparkly jewelry!

臨櫃人員專業有熱情，更重要的是隔壁窗口服務到一位長輩時很警覺得關心高額轉帳用途，並用讓人舒服不會被冒犯的口吻說明最近詐騙很多所以才多了解，擔心存戶的辛苦錢被騙走

每次來辦事都有很不錯的服務體驗，行員人員服務態度很親切，對於一些細瑣的問題都很願意回答，雖然業務處理的速度不一定很快，也可能因為一些作業上的問題造成延誤，但是整體而言服務態度很好所以我個人不會因此感到不耐煩，感謝各位行員的努力與協助。
