It's the one located across from the train station (a few streets down) - not the one located near the river - the famous (and prohibitedly expensive) Cafe Astoria is directly across the street.

位於武昌街城中市場內，明星西點麵包／咖啡館對面，城隍廟左側巷子有老店添財日本料理。
雖說本廟建築並不久，但歷史相當悠久。
入廟門右手側有一［淡水縣署舊址］紀念碑，敘述1875年沈葆楨奏請建臺北府、淡水縣事略，淡水縣署就建於此，後淡水縣署移往北門街放生池前，此處在士紳奔走下成立［明道書院］，1895年甲午戰敗割讓日本，1904年書院被廢，師生散去。
後來民眾迎請府城隍，在松山重建了［臺北府城隍廟］；戰後另有民眾在原址建臺灣省城隍廟，此即本廟目前面貌。
入廟右側首先是紫竹林觀音菩薩，法相莊嚴，慈祥溫暖，讓人心神沉澱。一樓大殿主祀城隍老爺，旁邊還有范、謝兩位將軍，左側有一大算盤，乃蓋棺論定，精算功過之法器。
香火鼎盛，也是諸多民眾精神寄託之所在。

搭配燈光點綴，也在等借主路線附近，若怕燈節人多擁擠，也不妨來這條支線走走。

不管平日還是假日，這條街都有一定的客源，有衣服、也有賣吃的。城隍廟靠近還有台北車站，節日還有活動，真的很熱鬧！

晚上可以一路散步賞燈到西門町鬧區喔！
