Love the old time feel of the shop! Pour over was great too, and the staff was really helpful regarding the choosing of beans. Bought some drip bag coffee on the way out, looking forward to trying it out.

RUFOUS was hands down the best cafe I've ever been to, in all aspects, the coffee, the ambiance/atmosphere, and the service was all top notch.

Upon stepping into this unsuspecting cafe tucked into the side of the street, you're immediately transported into a chill and laid-back old-school-style cafe environment, with a classy jazz/lofi music playlist playing in the background that's bound to calm your nerves from the hustle and bustle of the Taipei City.

The atmosphere/ambiance in here was absolutely amazing for those who are looking for a calming/soothing and overall enjoyable cafe experience.
I can definitely see myself spending hours just sitting and enjoying my time here while sipping on their delicious coffee.

For the choices of coffee, there are numerous types, flavours and origins for you to choose from, but I ordered their Espresso + Cappuccino option to keep things simple.
Both the espresso and the cappuccino tasted amazing, with deep robust flavours and it goes down extremely smooth as well, leaving you craving for more.

As I was visiting Taiwan for a holiday, I wanted to buy some unique and good coffee back home to try. I saw that they offered both coffee beans as well as bags of single-use pour over coffee that's convenient to make. The service lady that was at the counter who helped me with all my enquiries was extremely friendly and pleasant to interact with as well.

Great place. As a coffee fan, I could never have imagined such flavors could be packed into a cup of espresso. The best I ever had!
Croissants are hot and fresh. We had a casual weekend meeting and used the long table in the back. At the top of my list for every Taipei trip.

A professional, chill, and rustic experience. I would come back here again to try their coffee bean menu. The latte was delicious, not too milky, but very smooth. I had the cream cheese baguette and I love how they toasted it up.

I’m fond of such cafe that the staff is professional enough to ask stuff right to the point, and so does the service. Nothing too redundant, nor inadequate. They’d explain their rules in only a few words, simple and precise. Then they pay much more attention on how to serve you a cup of coffee perfectly. Actually I’m first-timer here, and it’s a bit distant from where I live and hang, but I purchased some coffee bags on my way out. Good ambience and cozy environment, perfect.

Rufous Coffee has high quality coffee and a lot of different varieties to choose from. There is a one drink minimum per person. The cinnamon apple dessert was also delicious. If you’re looking for quality coffee then this is a place you’ll want to try. The staff was also very friendly.

I am surprised by the taste of the lemon cake. It is so fresh and delicious, and the price is affordable. Cold drip coffee is remarkable. The vibe of the place is super comfortable. It is an excellent place to study, discuss with friends and hang out.

Maybe the best coffee in Taipei city, and their service is also good. Inside the cafe doesn’t got too many seats, but you can get coffee to go too. It’s a comfy place for studying/reading/hanging out with friends.

Best quality coffee yet in Taipei. Cozy atmosphere great for working an afternoon in; very knowledgeable staff with great selection of roasted coffee beans (made for fantastic gifts!). The macchiato was mind blowingly smooth, rich and flavorful. I love macchiato the most but cafes here often make so-so ones (not a popular coffee variation here as opposed to lattes and mochas) but this one is a total stunner! The mocha was super creamy and melt in your mouth dreamy, bittersweet from the cocoa but still with wonderful coffee focus- and I'm not usually one to love a mocha! Absolutely recommend for top tier coffee. Plus- heard their opening up a second location soon (if not opened already!!) ;)

What's a nice place for a cup of coffee. The shop has a warm atmosphere with nice people, interesting decor and coffee smell. In case you have no idea about the coffee, the staff will give some recommendations for you.

One thing that you should consider is you may wait for a long time for a table inside in rush hour. Ofcourse, it does not take much time if you drink outside or take away.

The latte and milk tea are speacial. Milk tea is unique, different from what u get in popular milk tea shops in Taiwan.

They are a roastery house as well. I got 1 bag of 220g Ethipopia Uraga Bildimoo from Nordic Approach. Will try at home :)

I had a delightful experience at this coffee shop. The quality of the coffee was excellent, truly a treat for the taste buds. The ambiance was inviting and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind. Additionally, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. I look forward to future visits!

Favorite place to be in my free time. Can’t get enough of their coffee and lemon cake! The staffs are incredibly friendly and nice. Free WiFi, electric sockets under the bar table, and unlimited sitting time. The best coffee shop in Taipei.

Best top 5 coffee in town. Espresso and cuppuccino in E.O.P are smooth with flavor.

One of the best boutique Cafe shops in town. Highly recommend their awarded wining house blend expresso drinks. For pros, they also have various single origins to satisfy your palates.

It's been all said before, I guess. Boy that was great coffee! Had a banana mocha for $5.5 and I dare say it was like no mocha I've ever had. Free WiFi, nice and attentive staff. Their club sandwich was good, too, just instead of chicken they put ham on it - tip for the pork avoiders.

Love this place since I was in university.
Serve nice hand brewing café, and some light meals, and they just get a new store opened!
