要為這間郵局之前評論平反一下，人都是需要互相尊重，郵局承辦窗口並沒有義務協助全部事項。

民眾自己寄東西前基本功課自己要做，自己不懂、請窗口協助，我們自己的語氣要更好一點、更禮貌一點、也更包容一些；

有時也許窗口只是怕民眾聽不清楚，比較大聲，並沒有負面情緒。

2024/7/11我要寄海外包裹，不懂寄件規定改了（寄往香港、韓國、日本今年才改的）

幸有勞最旁邊年輕人員介入協助，終於順利完成、因為我太久沒有用過桌上型電腦，來來回回詢問，加上打錯，整整佔用她一個小時時間，好險當下排隊民眾並不算太多。

人員從頭到尾沒有不耐，反倒是自己非常的不好意思，回去好好檢討，回家上網加入海外快捷會員，以後直接帶入會員資料直接Qr Code就出來了，就不用在郵局慢慢耗時登打。

時代在進步，我們中年人（或老人）自己也要與時俱進，社會才會一起變好。

Updated:maybe they read this post… I went in again and had amazing customer service and they were very helpful!

I was mailing a letter to somewhere close by in Neihu. It was written in English(which is what I always write in)- the worker stated I must write Chinese and she refused to help me. Even though it says they have “English Service”.

I usually go to the nearby location and will go there in the future because the people are more helpful. This was very rude customer service and not friendly at all.

She pointed me to go and ask a customer for help because she said she couldn’t help me. (Even though the postal workers are usually VERY helpful with foreigners.)
So I do NOT recommend this location if you can not write in chinese.

雖然這個建設非常的爛但是呢沒有人經過了現在都用手機了
