This was such a cool experience for someone like myself that comes from an area of the world where ear cleaning is not common. I was able to make an appointment though Line for the Ear Spa (ear cleaning + massage) for the following day. While the staff doesn't speak a lot of English, we were able to manage okay with some Google Translate. They were so friendly and really wanted to make my experience great.

The ear cleaning was amazing. It doesn't hurt at all, in fact it feels quite nice when you get used to it. You get to watch the entire process on a monitor in front of you. I took a few videos to share with my friends at home.

The ear massage was way more than an ear massage - it includes neck, shoulders, and head. You're in a comfortable reclined chair and I was relaxed enough to want to fall asleep after.

Really this was something unique to experience as a traveler and I look forward to coming back the next time I'm in Taipei! I'm really interested to see how dirty my ears can get in a year!

Very cool experience. Coming from Canada it is hard to find ear cleaning services such as this.
It’s like your watching a YouTube ear wax cleaning video of your own ear since you get to see the whole process on a monitor. The operator was very gentle and careful to never touch the sides of your ears so you won’t feel any pain. I noticed she wouldn’t keep any cleaning tools in the ear for too long either in case I had to sneeze, cough or twitch at all. The price comes out to about 80 CAD per session. Seeing as how you only need to do this twice a year at most it is definitely worth it and an enjoyable experience.

I couldn't hear right on my right ear for about 2 Weeks, it didn't bother me too much but i could feel a difference. Then i went on snorkeling and my ear started to hurt for 2 days and i couldnt almost hear nothing anymore on the right side. Before consulting a doctor i decided to make a Earwax removal at herspa, cause I thought that could safe my issue. They where super friendly and the procedure went so good! They treated me really professionally. It took her over 40 minutes, even though it's advertised to go 15 min (in my case it was really bad), they took the time and cleaned everything perfectly. Thx a lot again :)

Really a nice place… even though I made a mistake with the reservation they were very understanding… really well clean relaxing and most importantly left my ears so clean I loved the experience!!!! Will repeat next time I come to taiwan… next year
