We had a very good impression of the hotel. Stayed there for two nights.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Power outlets are universal style, so no adapter needed, which is great. Furthermore a proper Nespresso machine with 3 capsules a day will be provided, which I really appreciate. The fancy Japanese style toilet is a nice gimmick.
Shower gel and shampoo is fixed in the shower cabin, so you can't use it in the bathtub.
Even if you have your own stuff, there is no storage provided next to the bathtub.
I couldn't find a hook or something to hang the large towels.
Standard drinking glasses would be great.

All in all, a very good hotel with my nitpicking criticisms.
I would definitely recommend it.

I arrived early and hotel was kind enough to give me a free room upgrade. Room was very comfortable and had quite some amenities with very soft slippers (a mark of a good quality hotel). Bathroom also had shower and bathtub.

Stayed with my family from 29th July to 4th August. We booked for Deluxe Triple Room. Hotel was nice and clean. Receptionist/staff was friendly and helpful. Near to the train station, various shops and restaurants. Room was exactly as advertised and it was also clean and comfortable. Aircond temperature is adjustable and we have no issue with the room. Bidet is available in the toilet. Housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly during our stay. We were happy with our stay and will definitely choose this hotel again the next time we’re coming back to Taipei.

Decent hotel with excellent services.
The lights in the room are bright enough, with sufficient spaces to hang clothes and place the stuff.
Breakfast is included with a great variety of choices.
Overall I’m satisfied with my 4-day experience at Taipei Fullerton North.

It was a pretty convenient hotel. Close to train station and breakfast is included with different choices each day. Rooms had a big bathroom and nice amenities along with a bed. Overall a solid place. Has complementary cookies at all times along with coffee and tea.

Really clean room with a spacious and luxurious bathroom.
Staff were welcoming and friendly.
Shout out to the Taiwanese beef noodle breakfast.
Made to order and honestly the best beef noodles I had through my whole trip in Taipei.

A well appointed and well run hotel.
The staff are attentive and friendly.
The breakfast buffet is good and the hotel is clean.
In close proximity to the MRT line it is positioned well for getting around Taipei.
7 eleven, family mart and cosmetic shops very close for any basic needs.
The room was clean, and the bed very comfortable.
There are multiple common areas to escape the humidity in air-conditioned lounges.
Will definitely return in the future

The staffs are friendly. Is a nice location to get around the city area. Just stops to ximengtjng and 4 stops to Longshan temple. Nearest Metro, Zhongshan Junior Metro station 190m away. I’d get the one day metro pass. But rather buy the one way trip ticket. As the one day pass + ride on bus would be TWD180. Otherwise Uber… to go.

The service by Osiris is great, despite some unpleasant experiences in between, but he managed to show good empathy and understanding, good talent for hospitality industry.

Excellent service, delicious breakfast, awesome staff, convenient location. I stayed here for 2 nights and on the last day before heading out to the airport, I got the stomach flu and was throwing up in the lobby. The front end staff who helped us called the taxi made sure i had enough time to feel adequately better before heading out . He even made me some tea and gave me some herbal candy for my stomach. Can't recommend this place enough.

Sleek, Well-Designed Modern Rooms; Comfortable Bed

With this visit being my first time in Taipei, I chose the Fullteron-North based on online reviewer’s positive postings – and I was so glad that I did. The staff is warm and friendly; the rooms are spacious and well-appointed; and the breakfast food choices are excellent.

Lobby and Check-In
The lobby is not particularly large, but is well-designed. The staff greeted me warmly, with excellent English. The check-in process was efficient, and I was in my room within minutes of arriving at the hotel.

Location
Both the Fullerton-North and Fullerton-South are located on Fuxing Road, about 4km apart. I chose the North hotel because of its proximity to the rapid transit train system. While one can take public transportation from the international airport into Taipei, the journey is a long one, and most often, involves changing trains. For me, reserving a round-trip car service was the most convenient and was relatively reasonably priced for the one-hour journey each direction from and to the Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport.

Rooms
The room was large, nicely furnished and appointed, very clean, and modern. The air-conditioning was already set to a comfortable temperature – and was turned on – when I arrived into the room, which I particularly appreciated, given the heat and humidity of Taipei during my visit. The room itself was spacious, with a large bathroom, as well. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with crisp, high-thread-count sheets.

In addition to three pieces of fresh fruit, there were a few complimentary snacks and water, which were restocked daily.

The shower had terrific water pressure and temperature control. My only slight complaint was that I wished there was a larger shelf to hold my personal shower toiletries. The toiletries provided by the hotel were quite nice, by the way. There was plenty of room on the vanity by the sink for storing my toiletry kit – a big plus for me, personally. The toilet had a built-in bidet and an automatic flush system, as well as a detector for opening and closing the lid when you came close to the toilet itself, which was nice (except for the times I walked near the toilet to throw something in the trash, and the lid opened, which actually became somewhat amusing).

The décor was appealing, with clean lines and modern design. At the end of a day in Taipei, the hotel was a nice “home” to return to in the evening.

Dining Options
A breakfast buffet is included in the price of the night’s stay in the hotel, and the food choices were excellent, including hot egg dishes one could order from the dining room staff. There was an outdoor seating area, as well, but I wanted to stay in the air-conditioned interior dining room, which was well-decorated and pleasant.

Overall
I would definitely stay at the Taipei Fullerton Hotel-Maison North when I return to Taipei.

This is a great hotel that is very friendly and attentive to you. The accommodations are very comfortable and modern. It's always refreshing when you receive a reasonable price yet you are given full amenities and not just a room and bed. Restaurants are plentiful and in walking distance. You get really spoiled when you stay here.

The best of best.

This boutique hotel with everything you needs and located in the heart of Taipei city. 3-5 minutes walk to Taipei's subway system.

Breakfast is AMAZING! And they are authenticate. Especially if you want a bowl of Beef Noodle Soup.

Was experienced aircon issue at the first night. I approached the manager on the floor to express my frustration.

The manager solved the issue in the blink of eyes. My room was upgraded.

I traveled the world quite often, stayed in more than thousands of hotel in past 32 years.

The experienced I had with this hotel is mind blowing~

I really really enjoyed this cozy place and awesome services they provided.

This hotel is a personal favourite -- a boutique hotel with a personal touch but with the professionalism of a larger business hotel. We were offered free minibar and a full hot breakfast with buffet. Jinzhou street is a few steps away and is populated by many great local eateries.

Had a great stay. Rooms are key card access, with free mini bar, tea, and nespresso machine. Bathrooms are large with standing shower, separate bathtub, and one of those heated Japanese toilet seats.

There is a gym with some dumbbells, yoga mat, and treadmills on the 9th floor, and outdoor patio. Breakfast is great, you have a selection of main courses (even beef noodle) and a buffet with salad, fruits, breads, cereal, cheese and crackers, and an assortment of hot dishes such as fried rice, congee, etc.

I love this place. It is a very modern upscaled business hotel with great individualized room decor and design: French bath tub, modern furniture, Nespresso coffee machine, cool curvy glass shower door, a control panel that controls all the lights and even curtain in the room, large comfy bed etc. -- extreme attention to details!! It is also very close to MRT station. Great value for my money!

Remodeled boutique hotel with friendly staff, clean rooms and free daily buffet breakfast. Besides the buffet breakfast they also offer a la carte menu ranging from cook to order omelette, fish, chicken, Taiwanese beef noodle etc. I am a breakfast vegetarian and I found many choices to fuel my day.
