The Aroma

This place is home for many people and I t’s been home for me the past 4 months. It’s more than just a cafe, and that is why they are so valuable to the community near Taipei Main Station. Big fan of their Americano and the Chili. They also have seasonal themed drinks, so there is something new to try every few months!

A quiet cozy place for u to study or work. They also offer coffee talk every Friday for those who want to make friends and practice their English. The only down side is the price, personally I feel like it’s just a little bit overpriced, for example one cup of coffee cost you 100 NTD. Otherwise it’s a very good place to visit.

Such a nice place for reading a book or awesome even like a calligraphy class only charge 300TWD including a set of meal. I've attended the coffee talk every Friday night and only have to pay your own beverage. Super cheap.

Great coffee and bakery items. The staff is really friendly! BUT it’s more than just a cafe. They host language events and other things during the week so it’s also a great place to meet some new people.

Very nice place to hang out and chat with friends. My wife and I will 100% be returning on our next visit!

Angela makes the best Hazelnut Lattes!! The Aroma is a special place, not only to get a cup of coffee, but to work and meet new people. I enjoyed the time I spent here while helping the church that meets in the same space. The Coffee Talk events on Friday night are guaranteed fun. I really enjoyed meeting the regulars who are trying to learn English on Friday nights here at the Aroma

A very nice small independent shop, with nice staff! Went for brunch on a weekday and the food was delicious!

Amazing people, great coffee, and plenty of space to study. Whether local or visiting out of town as a tourist, I totally recommend this wonderful place.

This place is fantastic. The food is delicious, I particularly recommend the cookies, muffins and Andrew sandwich. There's friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere. It seems good for families too. The coffee is my favourite in Taipei: strong and delicious. Definitely worth a visit (or a million visits).

Comfortable seating, plenty of outlets, amazing staff! Even when it is loud it's just a warm and welcoming place to be. The food and drinks are amazing! I am so glad I tried this place out after walking by it a few times.

Sunday afternoon (4:30pm) they have an amazing Christian worship service. Truly a great experience in the Xiemen area.

Quick and attentive service. Delicious high quality fair trade coffee. Nice decor. Nearby a cool historical park. However, if you go to cafes to watch a lot of people or boost your self esteem with overpriced overburnt coffee (I'm looking at you StarDucks!), this place is probably not for you.

I was in hurry for a business meeting the other day but i suddenly felt so wonderful coffee aroma so I stopped right away and ordered one at this shop with some hand-made cakes and cookies. All is awesome here. They are very friendly.

A cozy place have good service and wooden table, it is a very good pick for you if you want to work outside and chat with friends. They have plenty activity around all week, you can attend the course if you have interested.

I visited this cafe after reading a recommendation about their coffee and boy was it good! The cafe is very relaxing upstairs, great for getting thoughts together and finishing some work. Highly recommended if you want some time to yourself or a catchup in this busy city!
