Room is okay, service is good since they change our sheets/towels/water everyday.

Location: very nice, alot of good food near the hotel (xiao long bao on just the side of the hotel was the best)

Abot 10 min walk to the nearest MRT

Hotel location is on Kunming Street, walking distance to Ximen Station which is Central, very good location. Many food are on the Kunming street and nearby area.
Hotel is clean and everything in order.
Price is very good, NT$2300/day for 4, two queen size bed.
Towels are clean and change daily.
Hot cold water (pressure) is good.
bath tub, hair dryer, E cattle provided.
No smell in room or corridor.
Enough 110V Electrical plug outlets.
TV and small Fridge are provided.
Paper Slippers provided.
Toothbrush, Shower cap, Shampoo, Body Wash, hotel soap, shaver, Paper Cup are provided.
Small Safe is broken.
Wardrobe and clothes hungers provided.
Centralised Aircon can't adjust but very cold , no heating just cooling, winter will be problematic.
No Heater, may need to bring one.
WiFi at lobby is good, but WiFi at 6th and 7th Floors are very bad.
No Shower Curtain. But it is ok.
No Toilet Spray provided.
No spoon for coffee.
Mirror in bathroom but no Mirror in room.
Wall are solid, no noise and sound proof.
Overall rating is very good.

Will definitely go back here. The location was very good, as well on its wifi connection.

It is really nice to take a break and stay.

It is the best hotel with all facilities. The touriest fell very comfortable with staff and with the souroundings peoples. The view is beautiful and its is nearer to every tourist places. The food was awosome.

There is really near night market and easy to enjoy amazing place around there.

HISのパッケージで宿泊しました。
2人でしたが、3ベッドの部屋を与えてもらい広くて良かったです。
駅近で観光しやすく便利でした。
毎日ペットボトルのお水も置いてあり助かりました。
チェックアウト後もスーツケースは預かってくれますがロビーにただ置いてあるだけで誰でも取れる状況なので、貴重品は必ず持っておくことをおすすめします。
ロビーのアメニティーにコンディショナーがあるとさらに嬉しいです。

西門町は美味しいお店が多く、ホテルの近くにコンビニも飲食店もたくさんあるので便利です！
昔ながらのホテルなのでトイレットペーパーは水に流さず桶に入れる形式です。
朝の食堂は地下にあり、2台のうち1台のエレベーターだけが直通できます。
もう1台は1階までなので階段で地下に降ります。
朝ごはんにはお粥やカレー、トーストや野菜炒め等色々とありましたが、近くに美味しい朝ご飯屋さんもたくさんあるのでそちらもオススメです♪

そしてここのスタッフはとても親切です！😊✨
中国語が話せず、Google翻訳を使って「永康街の鼎泰豊までタクシーでいくらかかりますか？」と聞いたら「200NT$で足りると思います」と英語で教えてくれました♪さらに「よければタクシーを呼びましょうか？」と声をかけてくれました！とても嬉しかったです😊💖
ちなみに呼んでくださったタクシーの運転手さんが上手でこの日の金額は150NT$でした！混み具合にもよるかもしれません♪

また、飛行機まで時間がある旅だったので「チェックアウト後もスーツケースを預かってくれませんか？その場合の費用はいくらですか？」と聞いたら「チェックアウト当日中までなら無料で預かりますよ☺」と答えてくれました！素晴らしい👏✨
念の為の確認で「23時まで預かっていただけますか？」と聞いたら「OK👌☺✨」
おかげで大きな荷物をコインロッカーや荷物預かりにお願いせずに済みました！とても素敵な素晴らしいサービスです😭✨✨
また台湾に来る時に利用したいと思いました🤭💕

泊まったツインの部屋は広々してて日本のビジホのツインよりでかい。東南アジアの中堅どころくらいはあり、十分リラックスできた。

台北でホテル代をケチるとかなり小汚いか激狭なところばかりになるのだけど、その中でここはかなり良い部類かと思う。

知っている人は知っているのか、日本人客だらけだった。
