Vegetables are all under the roof. There is also a park nearby for kids to play.

If you're not into getting up super early to head to the fish markets and piers in Keelung or the Taipei Fish Wholesale Market, come here. Live lobster, crab, fish, shrimp, eel, sashimi, abalone and other exotic fare. They have it all and definitely at lower prices than than Addiction Aquatic. I usually get live lobster and abalone for sashimi, Thailand shrimp, assorted sashimi, sashimi grade scallops, or frozen king crab legs.

Best market in Taipei city. If you can't speak Chinese I suggest you buy only on places that advertise their prices. Even then there could be large difference in price for same item among sellers.
Be also aware that in Taiwan measure for weight is jin (斤)

1 jin = 16 liang = 600 grams = 1.32 pound

1 liang = 37.5 grams = 1.32 ounce

1 kg = 1.66666666 jin

If you see vegetables or fruits in plastic plates with price next to it means that's price for what is inside plate regardless how much it weights.
