LOUISA COFFEE MRT Taipei City Hall Shop

I had a brownie here that didn't really taste like one. I didn't like it that much. The atmosphere tho is very nice and it's always full of people studying or reading. I also tried the specialty coffee latte that I found very good and strong for 80 TWD.

This is my regular go-to spot in the morning or throughout the week. I always come here early to secure a seat, since seating can be limited during the weekday and weekends. The place can be improved in terms maintenance and better equipment: the AC should be replaced as temperature control is lacking in the inner room. Sometimes it gets really cold and other times it gets too hot in that room.

At first, the environment was a little chaotic and the staff's stress can often times rub off on the overall atmosphere. I believe this is one of the busiest Louisa's I've been to so far so its understandable that the staff have limited bandwidth to maintain good customer relationship. However, over time, the management started to change and things improved. The staff began to greet the customers and thank us as we left. This actually made a huge difference in setting the overall mood of the store.

My go to cafe in city hall. Perfect place to sit and read on a Saturday afternoon. Quiet, cosy and relaxing. What's more, this place has a great selection of chows! Cheers!

泰晤士奶茶很濃郁，貴妃荔枝紅茶味道偏淡，花生貝果裡有花生顆粒，咬請來很香!

這間分店在捷運市政府附近，所以客人非常多，但是每位店員都非常有效率，做餐的速度很快。（給店員一個讚！）
餐點是蠻熱的，這點很加分（我點紅酒牛肉米堡加蛋）。
建議四季青茶的茶味可以再濃一點。
整體很滿意，一定會回訪😆

在不熟地區，手機快沒有電需要坐下休息陷入絕境的時候，這間店救了我，店員態度超級好！紅茶拿鐵和青醬吐司好好吃！只能說你救了我！我永遠感謝你！

環境很舒適，室內安靜且有音樂、有網路，餐點價格不貴，早餐有各式茶飲、咖啡、麵包、貝果、三明治與口袋歐姆蛋。

員工態度很好，有親切的口氣與樂於服務的態度 。個人非常推薦無糖的薰香綠茶，每次我都點這個，價格才40元。在自行搭配一個甜點大約才100元，CP值很高，非常推薦。
