Without doubt the highlight of my comfortable stay in Taipei was the apartment that I leased. The credit for that goes entirely to Sherry Huang from Elegant Realty. Right from the word go, I experienced a very professional approach - drawing up a list of apartment based on my needs, a very well organized recce to go through them all within a span if two days, securing the place I liked (it almost slipped away as the landlord was close to committing it to someone else). Tastefully furnished, walking distance from 101, next to a Carrefour and a seven eleven, finding a housekeeping service and a laundry service that picked up and delivered - everything thatmade my stay a superb experience. Very smooth paper work and helping me to get a few things added in the apartment to meet my needs, showing me around the locality aling with my relocation agent to make me comfortable, went a long way in making me feel at home in a new country. Sherry is a very intelligent and committed realtor who understands the needs of the client and is very passionate in ensuring high level of satisfaction. I would highly recommend Elegant Realty and in particular Sherry for expats moving to Taipei.
