今天下午5點多到內湖西湖郵局寄包裹，櫃台很忙，輪到我們時，因有2個包裹較大較重，窗口人員很親切告訴我們怎麼做怎麼填單子(只顧抽號，沒有寫包裹單)，經過她的幫忙，終於寄好了，好感謝!後來才知道她的名字叫高雅莉!也讚美該郵局窗口人員的親切服務態度!
