Hypercore Fitness 超核心健身中心 內湖成功館

Everything feels brand new here since this place has just opened recently. Membership doesn’t require a contract, which is always a plus. Plenty of equipments for what you’re paying for. Definitely a solid gym if they can maintain it well. If you work out at least 3 times a week, this place will get your money’s worth for sure. You also get one free inbody check once per month. This deal is almost a steal if you ask me.

Kevin is very professional and patient. Definitely recommend to train with him.

Best deal in all of Taipei. Hard to find a better month to month gym with a good price in Taipei. So glad I signed up.

器材多樣化，空間寬闊，
大部分器材看起來都很新穎，
自由重量(槓鈴、壺鈴、啞鈴)跟器械訓練機、有氧跑步機、TRX等等都很齊全。
很喜歡其中的深蹲架、史密斯機、腿推機以及臀推機。
美中不足的是在b2，空調再強一點更好。

近期需要打三劑疫苗才能入場，感覺人潮少一些。

肌肉感受上明顯比自己練時還有感，也跟我說明了正確出力方式避免腰部代償。
但一堂課程能夠調整的有限，可以考慮購買課程。
整體來說是推薦的，教練很用心，兩個小時才結束此次體驗
