SanFormosan Taiwan Specialty Coffee Zhongshan

If you are looking for a cafe that only serves Taiwanese coffee beans in Taipei, this is the one!
It has variety of single origin beans with light to dark roast, and the interesting part is they serve small portion of ice coffee even you order the hot one. It made me feel like a lab, and of course the taste is amazing :) Their recommendation is to try the ice one first to enjoy the flavor, then the hot one.

In every ardent coffee enthusiast's journey, there comes a cafe that sets a benchmark, and undoubtedly, my recent experience at the SanFormosan Taiwan Specialty Coffee has done exactly that.

From the moment I walked in, my senses were intoxicated with the tantalizing scent of freshly brewed coffee, a promising start reflecting the exceptional experience that was to come.

The coffee I took, a Whisky blend Coffee latte was unlike anything I've ever tasted before. It was exuberant with robust, well-balanced flavors that were delightfully intense, yet incredibly smooth with the touch of Whisky flavour. Every sip I took stirred a symphony of taste-buds and plunged me further into coffee enlightenment.

Though the price may appear steep at a glance, I assure you that every dollar spent is absolutely justified. The unparalleled coffee quality achieved here is an evident testament to the premium ingredients used, the expert brewing technique, and the profound understanding of optimizing flavor combinations. If anything, the price you pay is an investment towards an unmatched coffee experience, worth every cent.

Great cafe to taste locally-grown beans! Love the attention to detail and thoughtfulness; if you order a hot pourover, they will serve a small sip in ice so you can taste the difference between two different temperatures. Staff was attentive and nice.

Caffe beans are all made in Taiwan! Atmosphere is awesome! Very nice and clean toilets! Deserts are also astonishing! This is a very Japanese decoration style caffe shop!

Elegant and comfy, featuring Taiwanese coffee bean. Price on the higher side but still worthy given the experience. Can’t really tell the difference of Taiwanese bean vs normal bean.

Great coffee experience. The staffs will explain how to drink it. There are power points below the seats which are helpful for charging of devices.

Pleasantly surprised by this spacious cafe. They promote and focus on Taiwan grown beans. Would recommend as a nice spot to relax while walking around Zhongshan area

5 star for the coffee. 4 star for the food. So far the only specialty coffee shop I know that uses all Taiwan beans.
