Chillax Beer Bar

A very special beer bar in Taipei, unique atmosphere, also, open until very very late after midnight, always wait until every customer is satisfied (or drunk) before closing doors. Extra wide selection of Belgian beers, also, most common craft beers (bottled or canned) are sold here too. Bartender is an extremely nice lady to have a pint or two with. Highly recommended!

Owner is super nice! Good collection of craft beers. And they have some board games you can play with friends.

Friendly neighbourhood bar with great selection of beers. Only negative is that it is closed Sunday. Wouldn’t mind a Sunday evening beer to prepare for the week ahead!

I’ve lived in Neihu for four years, and Chillax has been my go-to to decompress after work. My favorite night was when they were open during the rolling power outages last year in 2021. No power, no AC, no lights, but everyone coming together and having a good time. There’s a small community that hangs around if you come often, but it’s also nice for a one-time visit. Both owners are extremely chill. Right next to the MRT station if that’s a factor for you.

The location was quite small, but that is expected in a big city. Very cozy and nice to chill at.

Amazing bar with a large collection of the best beers and full of very friendly people. I hope in the future some draft beer (I heard it's in project) and why not some appetizers 😉 I totally recommend this place to anyone who is willing to try some very good beer, and learn how to appreciate them.
