Location is convenient with 7-11 and family mart just around not too far away, and plenty of restaurants around.

The Tango Taipei ChangAn is a wonderful, luxurious stay with great amenities, and it is very clean. Some things that we loved: daily turn down service (something we haven't encountered since before COVID at least in the US), super friendly and attentive staff, level of cleanliness, it's location (near so many restaurants, stores, bars, coffee shops, luxurious amenities (such as mirror-turned TV in bathtub, bidet, rain shower head, free/complimentary minibar), modern aesthetics, comfortable bed/linens, in-unit washer/dryer, etc. Would absolutely stay here again when we come back to Taipei!

Prefer a quiet hotel away from XMD etc.

Stayed here for my 4 day isolation in Taiwan. It is a wonderful hotel. Rooms are large and have floor to ceiling windows. One of the windows opened for ventilation. Beds were comfortable. There’s a spot behind the bed that’s a good size for yoga. Meals are delicious. The hotel surprised us with an afternoon tea, which was fun. Bathroom has a shower and soaking tub with tv. Fridge, kettle, fancy espresso maker, and microwave are also in the room. Only two issues: lights randomly turned on in the middle of the night and the emergency exit light was very bright, but nothing a sleep mask didn’t fix. Overall would highly recommend.

I had a very pleasant quarantine experience here. The room is clean, bed is big and comfy, and most importantly the toilet is clean and comes with a bathtub! Daily necessities provided was in fact more than enough for my duration of stay here. Food was also yummy, portion is very big, I'm very well fed for my 10 days of stay. Staff were very helpful and courteous and reply was prompt whenever I had a query or I needed help. Thank you so much, will definitely be back to stay if I ever travel again.

Stayed during the quarantine. First impression is how spacious and beautiful the bathroom is. The room is very clean and the hotel provided all the essentials you need during period of your stay . The staff are very professional and nice. They really try to accommodate your needs to make your stay as comfortable as it can be. I must say the meals and afternoon snacks are absolutely amazing! You get way more than you paid for. My only complaint is the sink design. Water will spill all over the place if not turn off completely. Other than this small flaw I would highly recommend this place to stay when you come to Taiwan!

Did 11 days of solitary confinement with the Tango Chang'An.
Hotel was super smooth in getting me checked in. Literally arrived, signed a form, got my temperature taken and immediately into the room! Less than 5 minutes.

Hotel Staff have been incredibly responsive to all asks. At one point I ran out of water and informed them. In a few hours, I recieved 4 bottles.

There's not much to say about the room. It was incredibly clean and well put together. Soundproofing was good, for the most part I couldn't tell that I had neighbors. View, not much write about, but I definitely had sufficient light. The bathroom was great, large and spacious. The hotel provided all the neccessities and all then some. There was even a microwave in the room too.

Foodwise - the food was great. I couldn't eat a lot of it due to allergies but for the most part it was good! A good mix of western and asian. Additionally, this is a great location for UBER Eats and FoodPanda.

I can't think of a better place to be locked up in during my mandatory Quarantine. Solid 5 out of 5.

This is the hotel I am using for my 10 day quarantine. Overall I couldn’t have asked for more. The room has a lot of space, beautiful bathroom, and great view from the window. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room is very high tech. I highly recommend using this hotel!

I was staying at the The Tango Hotel Chang'an for my quarantine period. It was a relief to find a outdoor balcony to get some fresh air as I'm not allowed to leave my room. The room is comfortable and of high quality. I had 3 set meals delivered to me in my room daily and it was ballanced and tasty. The room is fitted with allot of luxury features such as illy pod Expresso machine, microwave, kettle, fridge, touch screen lighting controls, TV with surround sound (there was even a tv by the bath), bidet toilet seat with remote controls this thing even had a blower for my bum. Higley recommend.

I had been a big fan of Tango hotel chains before Covid and I am so grateful that there is room available for me to book this time for my quarantine stay. The hotel room space while small, the amenties is 5 stars. Even Ritz Carlton does could not compare with its luxry bathroom and that is the usually a big factor how you enjoy the hotel besides the nice bed. The hotel service compared to Eva airline standard. I like the chat service feature provided by using line or WhatsApp. I would definitely stay again in my next biz trip to Taiwan! Kudos to great service provided by the hotel service personnel. BTW, you have 6 times a day to order either Uber Eats or Food Ponda if you would like to try some delicious foods locally. Hotel will deliver outside to your room at the predefined time slots.

The room is very spacious and clean. Meals come in huge portion and were mostly delicious. They also served snacks on some of the days. While I was staying here, other than the usual 3 meals a day I received delicious mooncakes, desserts and BBT.
Also, there are a total of 3 televisions in my room. One in the living area, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom where you can soak in the tub and watch TV. Never stayed in a hotel with this many TVs.
Love the toilet as well comes with bidet and heated seat! The bed is big and comfortable but pillows are a bit too soft for me and they don’t provide other pillow options. Had to ask my friend in Taiwan to send me pillow.
Also, the area is full of food places you can order food from. From restaurants to street food to cake shops to BBT shops to convenience store. There are at least 20 BBT stores options around. Just download any the food ordering platforms in Taiwan and order. Most provide free delivery!

I was here for covid quarantine, stayed for 15 days in the room that's got a balcony. I am so glad that I picked the room with outdoor space, spent a lot of time sitting outside (while watching baseball and the presidential debate, etc) The room has pretty much everything you need -- fancy espresso machine, kettle, washer/dryer, microwave and a mini fridge. The bathroom is great and equipped with a huge jet tub. The staff here is very courteous and helpful. I would recommend staying at this location.

I picked Tango ChangAn Hotel as my quarantine hotel. And it was an overall pleasant experience!

Pros
- The staff are extremely helpful. I was on US west coast hours and working at night over the course of my stay. The staff delivered my UberEats orders around the clock. No matter day or night. They always delivered my order to my room swiftly after my order arrived
- The room is spacious, clean and has everything you need for the quarantine. Unlimited supply of bottled water, computer chair, coffee machine & capsules, fridge, media console & hub, and an amazing tub.
- Did I mention an AMAZING TUB?

Cons
- the fridge is the wackiest fridge I have ever used!! I don’t know how to properly describe it but the cooling mechanic is a weird metal plate in the fridge, and it is not efficient at its one job: keeping the fridge cold all the time.
- The design of the bathroom sink and faucet is gorgeous…BUT it is functionally flawed. I almost flooded my bath once because I didn’t close the faucet all the way, and the design of the sink can’t actually catch dripping water.
- the tub was amazing but unfortunately the massage function wasn’t working in my room.

Overall, I am very impressed by the good service aside from a couple of hiccups on the appliances.

If it’s necessary to be shut inside for 14 days for quarantine, this is a great hotel to do it at. What initially attracted me to this hotel is that they have a comfortable office chair to sit on whereas a lot of other hotels have an uncomfortable hard chair. The staff are friendly and attentive when communicating using Line. Once when I had milk delivered, the staff proactively put it in their refrigerator until the designated delivery time to my room. The design of the room feels modern and comfortable, a place that I would want to stay. It is nice to take a bath before bed to relax the body and fall asleep more easily. The free nespresso coffee along with the nespresso machine, free tian ren Ming cha tea, free powdered milk tea, and free high mountain oolong loose leaf tea make the stay a lot more bearable. A few times, the hotel unexpectedly provided free afternoon tea snacks. The large window let’s natural sunlight into the room, definitely necessary to get over jetlag. Being able to turn on and off all the lights in the room on a panel next to the bed is a great feature. There is also a bose sound system.

Everything thing organized,planned and cleaned in professional way for the guest happiness thanks to the hotel crew .
Even my room area is small and not large but I feel comfortable

I did a 14 day quarantine here, and my experience was great. I did a quarantine at Miramar Garden last year and paid quite a bit more but the accommodations at Tango were so much nicer.

Pros ----------------
-Very nice computer chair
-Good wifi connection
-Nice suite with attention to small details like smart light controls, Bathtub TV and surround sound system
-No fee for uber deliveries
-Amazing staff

Cons--------
- The corner suite has a weird space that's about 3 feet wide behind the bed, its kind of pointless, in quarantine any extra space is nice so I would walk back there and look out the window but its a bad use of space.
- The bathroom sink is kind of dumb, it's fancy and modern looking but not functional because if you forget to turn it completely off and it drips a bit it misses the bowl and gets the counter. wet.

I had to nit-pick just to point out these two cons so overall I am extremely happy with my stay here.

Great food, friendly staff and extremely accommodating. The rooms are lovely as well. I spent my quarantine period here and I was well taken care of and comfy :)
