If you are and expatriate in 高雄 but want your child to get a base in Chinese, this is the perfect school. I have never encountered a Public school which has the access to the resources and campus size but enjoys the advantages of an intimate community (Class size tops out at 24 and they have approx. 2 classes per year! I KNOW!) EVERYONE from teachers, administrators to the crossing guard have been super welcoming and accommodating to our second grader who transferred in mid-year.
I do not exaggerate that I feel like this elementary school is the best kept secret in Taiwan and the crazy thing is that it's 1) public and 2) it accepts kids from all over Kaohsiung.
