Magaza çalışanlarının geneli güleryüzlü olmakla beraber içlerinden biri var ki;İlknur Hanım👍hem güleryüzlü hem ilgili inanılmaz memnun kalıyorum her seferinde aldığım hizmetten.En son bugun aylar önce aldıgım bir üründen memnun kalmadığımı söyledigimde koşulsuz değişim sağladı çok şaşırdım.Acıkcası degişim iade konusunda markaların nasıl işleri yokuşa sürüldüğü düşünülürse bu yaklasımları beni inanılmaz ettkiledi.Zaten tek marka kullanıyorum ve inanılmaz memnunum.Teşekkürler Flormar!

Not a bad cosmetics shop. One can find everything from eyeshadows, foundation, highlighter, lipstick, blending sponges and bushes...all of the necessary components. The one thing I personally really like in this shop is the nailpolish. There's a wide variety of colours, the consistency is nice, & they don't smell too much. There are testers. The shop assistants have always been nice.
