Independence Park

Known as Kurtuluş Park, well set out park with lots of places to süit and do BBQ's. İn the heart of the city, we went to the wedding hall, that is In the park. Great place for a simple wedding. We love coming here. Nice place to relax in the midst of the hustle and bustle of the city.

Surrounded by a lake and sports lanes
Same material as in the stadium which is perfect for running,it's a long lane around the park
It has several places for kids with a lot of equipment for playing
There are also gym equipment for work out and pinpon tables
At 10pm in a warm summer evening it's full of people.

One of the nicest parks in Ankara. 12 mins from Kızılay by foot. Located near Hacettepe Medicine Faculty. Nice pond with fountain and bridge on it, lots of benches to relax and enjoy. It’s home to countless pigeons. Big tables under trees are available for a picnic. There is also a special designed walking/running path for exercise. Beggars might be annoying rarely but it is totally safe.

Quite big park in the center. Place to sit, walk, play outdoors games.

Good Place to unwind, play sports practice music, have coffee or tea.

Great park, lots of families and people doing picnic on the grass. There is also a special place for runners. It is mostly protected by the trees, so even on the hot day you can comfortably jog there. Also there was lots of tables to play ping pong:)

It's a nice place to relax and watch the birds feeding and playing in the water.

This the best park by far. It has it all. You can spend long hours with your family in here. It is a must if you want to speand a whole day. It has football courts, a rink, cafes, running track, ice cream sellers, ping pong tables, and so many other things. Enjoy people.

Although finding a decent green space in Ankara is not the easiest thing in the world, Indepence Park is a perfect place to relax. The fact that, it is located in the centre of Ankara makes it even easier to access.

Not too big, but far from small either. You'll find sport facilities such as running track, pingpong table, and some cardio equipments here. There is decent children's playing ground, and skate area. Benches and picnic tables are all around the place, but in spring or summer it's best to sit on the grass of course. The place is also quite strategic, located between 2 Ankaray stations and several bus stops.

Great park with a fountain, walking track, tables for ping-pong, cafes. An old park with high trees, so you can easily find a place in shadow on a sunny hot day.

Perfect harmony of nature and sea

A place that I will never forget. You could have a picnic here, have a date, take a walk around the park and refresh your mind. I had the best experience in this park.
