Lovely experience from this car agency. Special thanks to hatice she was very cooperative and patient with us. We took the car for three days with full insurance but I was sick in the first day we called her and she accepted to reschedule without visiting the office to change the booking. Also thanks to the worker Rasool in the office who was very patient. I recommend this car agency I give it 5 stars.
