Great hotel in the downtown.

Staff: Excellent friendly smiling staff 😀.

Rooms: Clean, well organized rooms, even though small.

Location: Good location. Nearby restaurants and grocery stores.

Parking: It is better you let the hotel staff park your car in the basement.

The hotel has a good location and the area is very alive. The building is old but the rooms are renovated. The interiors are modern. The breakfast arrived in a silver tray instead of the usual buffet. The staff was attentive and friendly. We enjoyed our stopover.

Wow what a phenomenal hotel. Very clean, high end new hotel and exceptional customer service. The staff spoke English so that helped a lot. We booked this hotel because we was on a 20 hour layover in Ankara. We were arriving at 4am which was not check in hours however the hotel called us the day before while we were still in another country and called us to check if our booking was ok which was really nice. We told them we would be arriving 4am and if they would allow us to check in earlier and and check out later which they did. They were so incredibly accommodating it made us want to stay longer if we did not have a flight. At 4am about 4 staff members greeted us at the door with a warm friendly welcome, took our luggage and took us to our rooms, while waiting they gave our kids fruits and drinks and kept them happy which was really sweet too. The room was immaculate and the design was just beautiful. The beds were so soft and heavenly. We had breakfast at 10am and it was an experience I won’t forget, it felt very presidential, I’ll explain. We were sat at a round table by the window and it wasn’t your typical breakfast buffet where you get up and get it yourself. They come to you and ask you what you want and bring you a variety of things that you requested plus more. We needed this because sometimes after a long flight you don’t really want to be standing around or you may not know what you want to eat but would like to nibble on loads of different things which our table was filled with. When checking out we were sat at the lobby and they gave us complementary Turkish tea which was so sweet, also my suitcase lock got jammed and they straight away helped me break the lock so I could get access into my suitcase free of charge. They looked after our luggage in a secured room with a lock while we had a look around the local area which had loads of amazing shops. Honestly we have traveled a lot as a family and this hotel had better customer service than some high end hotels we have been too and because of that we will definitely be coming back. Thank you for accommodating to us with care and kindness.

The welcome and service is absolutely phenomenal. Such nice staff and they constantly check with you if everything going ok or if you need anything. Very approachable concierges and fantastic bellmen. Top notch establishment.

Solid hotel, great price, and very kind service. The hotel appears to have just been renovated, so everything is brand new. We appreciated that they spoke English and it was very nice that they offered us warm milk every night. Location is convenient, a short walk to a lot of nightlife: bars, restaurants, strip clubs (if that's your thing), & a beautiful mosque were all 5 mins away. A short taxi away from the museums & sights of Ankara.

It’s a lovely hotel with high-leveled service. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Even if you have any problems with accommodation, hotel staff helps you solve the issue very fast. Prices in the hotel match the quality, which is a big advantage. Restaurant food is also nice and has a big variety of meals. Breakfast is served personally, not a buffet, maybe it’s just because of quarantine. Also, the location is nice, the area is close to downtown, and also many other facilities are near to the hotel.

I would like to thank all the staff and management for being so friendly and helpful the food is amazing the rooms are clean service is amazing I would advise anyone to go experience the place thank you very much for our buitiful stay

So far, this hotel beats several 5 star hotels in Istanbul and İzmir for room comfort. They are what you expect as a standard for a good quality upper 4 star hotel in Europe. Well done to the management

Everyone was very kind from the beginning. From the Reception to the bell boy and the Restaurant team. Tried to fulfill every wish and are always there for you with a smile .
Great food really and the best thing you can order 24 h . Room was very clean and nice , so you feel really comfortable. The Hotel is placed in a good area everything what you need is in a 5-10 min walk reach and if not across the street is a taxi station .

The first time I write a review before the check out because it all obvious that u can’t find more comfy and cozy hotel in Ankara, the room is 💯 clean and modern decor. The reception was very helpful and kind , And I liked the USB ports next to the bed . The location is the best especially if you got a car the valet will help a lot.

What matters to every traveler, especially under the circumstances of the pandemic, is the cleanliness that you feel just by looking at the front of the hotel.. All the reception staff are friendly and do not hesitate to help, especially the gentleman in the evening shift, the meals are delicious and you should try the hamburger prepared according to the hotel’s own method.. the hotel’s location Distinguished and I recommend it with integrity..
