Bugün acil ihtiyacım olduğu için gittim, eskiden bizim sokakta olan bir eczaneydi. Malesef sahibesi hanım o kadar negatif ve bunu müşterisine o kadar yansıtıyor ki, bir şey söylememek için kendimi zor tuttum. Sürekli şikayet halinde.. Burasi çok kalabalık diyor dükkanda 3 tane müşteri var, insan bu zamanda müşteri varlığına şükreder. Müşteri çok yüksek sesle konuşmuş ondan şikayet ediyor. Özel sigorta ile alacağım ilaç için yapacağı işlemleri bir türlü yapamayıp sistemlerine lanet ediyor. Sürekli şikayet! Lütfen işinizi gençlere veya sizden çok daha olumlu yaklaşımda olan eşinize veya müşterilerine gülümseyerek hizmet verebilecek birine devredin.
