My daughter got a present from my colleague from B&G dress and we went to the store to exchange to get the right size. It’s located in Kanyon AVM where my colleagues bought it. The sales staff there are very arrogant and unfriendly.
I barely speak Turkish but my 11 years old daughter does.
The sales lady, her name is Serpil Bicer checked the dress and she found that the second layer of the dress has holes, that we even didn’t know and we haven’t used that dress.
She looked at my daughter with the look that she caught us as we tried to fool them. They refused to take the dress and ask us to call the head office (merkez). That’s all. Even without giving us the Merkez number and they don’t want to deal with us.
I was so offended with their behavior and service.
Please make sure when you buy staff from this brand, you also need to check their products are perfect or not.
Definitely we do not ruined the dress as well as my colleague who gave it as a present to my daughter.
The rudeness and arrogant behavior of their sales staffs is really unacceptable.
