My sister recently received outstanding care at Koru Hospital. Initially concerned about a language barrier, Mehmet and Kivanc went above and beyond to make her experience wonderful. Their kindness made a significant impact. The nurses and doctors provided exceptional care, even down to making her a nightie because the airport lost her case, I highly recommend Koru Hospital to any UK person seeking medical treatment. Very warm feeling and comforting. Got the best care and whatever wrong I was going to hear.. would not scare me too much because of the professional help of Mr Mehmet Emin Karagöz, Mr Kivanç Yigit Karaali. Many thanks for all the medical help and I will certainly keep checking and do more tests. My health is taken care of very well here.

Very positive experience. The hospital is state of the art ,the patient and companion suite is absolutely fabulous. The staff, the nurses and doctors are very helpful, patient, friendly and generous with their time . Even the surgeon gave me lots of his time even late night calls and from the International Patient Relations Department Mehmet Emin Karagöz was absolutely fantastic day or night either in person or over the phone he was always available to help and support me ,so much so that I now consider him my personal friend . He went above and beyond any job description to help me . The nurses were so nice and so helpful and the other staff in fact everybody I'm met there were absolutely lovely to me . I can not thank them enough for the amount of care I was given I definitely felt that everyone cared about me and I deeply appreciated the amount of time they were willing to give to me . In conclusion if like me you decide to travel abroad for whatever procedure you might want I absolutely recommend this hospital for top class care and for genuinely caring about their patients

We have had the privilege to be seen and have a procedure done at Koru hospital by Dr Osman Guzeldir. He was so lovely to deal with and got us onboard and explained all that will happen really well. Him and his medical team have been nothing but professional and friendly. Made us feel comfortable and confident from the day we met him to the day of the operation and even afterwards. But honestly the person we have enquired from our first enquiries about what we wanted to do was with Mehmet Emin. He has been nothing but a gentleman. Answering all our enquiries via whatsapp and helping us with everything and every step. He is definitely truely the reason we came to this hospital and habe been so happy with his help and service. He goes above and beyond. Making sure we are happy with all that was Needed to be done either ease. Such a good person and worked. Koru hospital is lucky to have him onboard.

The hospital is located very conveniently, close to the city center. It's a modern object, spacious and very clean.
The staff is professional and - at the same time - very friendly. During my visit (an annual check-up) a personal guide was assigned to me: Mehmet Emin Karagöz. I really appreciate his communication skills: fluent English, cheerful attitude and sense of humor.

I want to sincerely thank my assistant of this hospital Mehmet emin karagöz, who be with me from the beginning to the end of all procedures, he is very sensitive, attentive and positive. And what is also a huge plus - he knows English, and since I am from Ukraine and do not know Turkish, he helped me a lot. In the hospital, everything went comfortably and at the highest level, everyone worries about you and helps. The room is spacious and has a beautiful view from the 13th floor.

I like the hospital. Everything is properly and comfortably set up. While being foreigner, I’m facing with language problem often. In light of this, I would like to extend my gratitude to Mehmet Emin Karagöz who accompanied me on all the steps and provided great support.

I what to especially note the work of the Mehmet Emin Karagöz, because he is not only a kind person, willing to help every time you need it, but he is also a very competent and polite worker. Koru Hospital is a great hospital with lot of facilities. My wife's knee was operated by prof.Dr.Suleman Bulent Bektaser . Doctor and Staff are so cooperative and always ready for help even in midnight. In particular I thank very much and really appreciate there Interpreter Mr. Mehmet Emin Karagöz who is very cordial and helpful as well as highly professional . Any time when I need his help , he would response on time whit kindly and good manners .

Özel Koru Hastanesi is a nice hospital.

Went to see an ophthalmologist, and the staff were helpful, especially Mr Mehmet Emin Karagöz. He translated every word from Turkish to English to my understanding.
Infact, my daughter and I had juice and coffee before leaving the hospital courtesy of Mr Mehmet (He thinks service and comfort of patients first).

When I first came to the clinic, the girls at the reception did not speak English well, but, surprisingly, they were so kind and invited an interpreter for me. His name is Mehmet Emin Karagez. He came to the help in a minute, very responsive and always ready to help, explained in detail and solved our problem. We really enjoyed solving all the issues with Mehmet Emin Karagez, he has established himself as a very competent employee who wants to work and help people. Thank you for your work and all the best!
