Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Kuşadası

The hotel is fabulous, great rooms and service from staff. A special mention to the cleaners who come around daily and work so hard.
location is a bit out of town but it is roughly 4 to 5 euro for a taxi. the views that come with the location are amazing and well worth getting the sea view room if you like sunrise and sunset.
The beach with free shuttle is well worth visiting. Ramada have their own space on the beach with nice beds and little vans serving food and drinks which is included with all inclusive.

The hotel has been great for our trip to see the local sites. The staff are lovely and are more than happy to help with anything.

The guest relations have been great at booking the al-a-carte needless and helping in general with figuring out transportation. Ecaterina is really lovely and would check in with us to make sure everything was going well. She always has a smile and happy to help with any questions you have.

The food is great and are happy to help with any requirements.

Lovely food - great range especially for vegetarians. Special shout out to Murat who was just amazing with my son who is a fussy eater. Nothing was too much trouble and he made pizza especially how he likes it.
Lovely clean pool area and the water slides are amazing mh kids loved these!

Guest relations were extremely helpful when helping us to book taxis into town and recommending the best place to shop.

Staff were excellent and even upgraded us which we are so grateful for. Very close to the beach where they offer a free shuttle to. Drink and food always available and never went hungry. Bit of a journey from the airport, but everything was excellent.

Spacious and comfortable room with great views on the local area. Rooms were cleaned often during the day and with room service available. There is a great variety of food available at the restaurant which is open for most of the day. Staff went out of their way to make sure we had a brilliant stay.Guest Relations Ecaterina so positive and helpful.

Great hotel, we’ve had such a great holiday suitable for families we have 3 generations in holiday. Everyone has had fun enjoying the slides and entertainment. Staff are very welcome especially in the lobby bar, every means we have had variety with a different theme most evenings. Guest relations made everything easy sorting out bookings for guest relations, Caterina helped us sort the bookings for Al A carte and trips. Made us feel very welcome.

All members of staff where very helpful and polite, so friendly and happy in their work.
Food very tasty and loads of variety.
Rooms so spacious and everywhere was very clean and tidy. You constantly saw the staff cleaning and tidying.
Evening entertainment was good but definitely not long enough (half hour)
One of the only let downs was the position unfortunately it was a good 25 min walk to any shops / bars etc. You cm take a shuttle bus that wasn't that expensive but I always like to make my own way to things and stroll without time restrictions.

The rooms were clean, bright and nicely decorated / furnished..
The service was impressive from the reception, customer service's Aleyna, the restaurant or the bars Yusuf was specially so good!!
The location had some gorgeous views over the sea.. and the hotel was only a €4 taxi trip from Kusadasi..
To sum up... I would certainly recommend this hotel, and I'll be returning sometime soon too 🙂

Stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive
Hotel is nice and our room very spacious and clean. Our room overlooked the pool and we could see a bit of the ocean.
The staff are all very friendly and nothing is to much trouble for them.
The food is good in my opinion and plenty of choice if you are willing to try new foods.
There are three pool areas one which has slides for children. On our first week the main pool was crowded and had very loud music playing all day to loud in my opinion, could do with just a quite time in the day at some point.

The entertainment staff kept you busy with games if you wanted to join in.
The evening program was ok. We watched it the first week but gave it a miss the second and played cards in the bar in stead.
There is a free bus which takes you to a lovely beach where you can get drinks and a small section of food to keep you going. Very friendly beach staff. Its a about a 2 mile walk if you wish to do that, we did it one day and called in at the Turkish bath on route which I would highly recommend a visit to. Good prices £85 for the two of us for full massage.
If you fancy a walk its only a short walk down thd hill yo the town and night life, you can catch the No 1 bus into the town as well which passes the hotel all the time.
On the whole hubby and I enjoyed our stay cannot fault it.

Very polite and understanding staffs, clean rooms and facilities. They offer a sea view family suit with no extra charge for us even if booked land view one. They even offered us lunch box as our airport transfer shuttle leaves early. They also made a nice surprise for my birthday. They use app to call room services and arrange cleaning or other needs,which is perfect. If only the hotel private beach was a little bit closer, it would be fantastic. Thank you guys!

Absolute heaven of a place, nestled besides the mountains, besides the seas, the evenings are picturesque, the weather though unpredictable is still awesome at this time of dec.
Beautiful hotel, nice food, and definitely nice spa.

It’s having better facilities than typical 4 Star hotels. It should be given 5 Star rating compared to other hotels in the region.

hello, a few years ago we was in in the other Ramada in Kusadasi and the food was veryy good, but know food is not very good the turkish dishes is very good but the other stuff not I don’t think its right to cook pancakes,churos, goffrets, and other pastries with one type of dough yes you have to cook for so many people but I say it as a recommendation to you because I like to cook. but sometimes I wish I could go into the kitchen and show the chef how it's done.

And all cakes Are made with one type of cream.

I am very satisfied with the receptionist(Ceren) , very elegant, she put us in a good room and we didn't have to wait long

But i want to say and something good the hotel is very good and new very clean the pools are so good and the staff is very nice and helpful and I hope they are well rewarded

The rooms are really spacious and comfy. Nice too. Breakfast and dinner was buffet - food was average.

First time in Turkey and so glad we picked this hotel. Lovely rooms and very clean. Whole hotel is constantly being cleaned. Super friendly staff who help out with every need. Special thanks to Ecaterina who gives great advice on where to go and what to see. Food changes everyday and a great selection for everyone. Would definitely recommend

We are currently staying at Ramada suites hotel with my two children aged 3 and 7. We have found the staff all to be very friendly and helpful, guest relation Ecaterina is especially helpful and very nice to talk to.
The rooms are very clean and spacious for families
We have all enjoyed the food and there is a great choice even for children.

What an incredible holiday! The staff were all super friendly. The room was spacious with a balcony and the buffet was 10/10. Even as a vegan, I found lots of delicious options at the all inclusive. I would highly recommend a Turkish bath at the hotel spa and a trip into the local town and inclusive beach :)

Lovely location next to the beautiful main town of Kusadasi which is only a short journey away in taxi or bus. Plenty of things to do, staff really friendly and helpful especially guest relations Ecaterina. Food was enjoyable with plenty of options. Chicken, chips, pizza and burgers and rice always available for those who do not want to try any of the local options. Rooms very spacious with added kitchen area. Fridge freezer a great addition as you are able to keep water chilled. Surrounding areas provide lovely scenery and nearby port always has cruise liners docked which are a must see. Highly recommended, especially for young families.
