Everything was very nice, the staff was friendly and willing to help. The food variety was good and we had the opportunity to taste different flavours during our stay. every day the cleaning staff came to our room and did their job meticulously. Wifi was very good everywhere, our child and we used it without any problems. thank you for everything.

Great holiday resort, food is lovely and the entertainment is good. Its not good for disabled or people with walking difficulties as it's built on a mountain side. Lots of slopes and steps. However great little shuttle services take you to and fro.

We were in the hotel in August, everything is great, the room was cleaned every day, a very large restaurant, you sit in peace without pushing and looking for a seat, the food is great and varied, the staff is responsive and friendly, the pool is nice with enough sunbeds! !! Thanks for the wonderful vacation!

Just came back from the hotel. First of all if Google allowed it I would give it 4.5 stars which is still amazing.
1. Rooms: we stayed at the main building room with sea view but on the 1st floor. The room is renovated, very clean, spacious as we had 3 suitcases and they all fit in the wardrobe, and comfortable besides the bed which was quite hard for my taste. Room service very diligent. 4.5/5
2. Food: typical Turkish hotel food repetitive but somehow has a fair amount of variety, it’s tasty with one exception… the fruit are absolutely incredible especially melons and watermelons and personally that makes me give it 5/5
3. Pool: didn’t use, looked clean and big, 145cm deep, some animations, probably around 4-5/5 but like I said never used it.
4. Beach/Sea: sandy beach with just enough sun beds that also have pillows, enough space that u can walk around without stomping on people and can easily relocate with the umbrella’s shadow, 2 sea entrances. Sea floor is literally the softest sand I have ever stepped on besides the entrance which has pebbles and such. One entrance is shallow and doesn’t get too deep the other starts at like 1.5m and instantly goes down to 5m which makes it have crystal clear water even when the sea is a bit rough. Sea urchins present but only around the coast on rocks and such. Beach bar present with great food. 5/5
5. Hotel in general: old but very well renovated, it’s really really clean maybe the cleanest I have been to in Turkey(8 times now) so it’s up there with European hotels(which aren’t always clean but u get the point) so don’t except ant colonies devouring food left on the floor. About 180 stairs to the beach which wasn’t a problem for me but I get that some people would struggle so the hotel has a shuttle that goes up and down. 4.5/5
6. Wi-Fi: now, this, this deserves its separate category. Never have I had better hotel Wi-Fi than here. It’s on par with what u can get at home in well developed cities. Lobby was about 300-400mbps and rooms I didn’t check but I assume it was similar as there was no lag or delay and could easily watch 4k videos and the icing on the cake… it works the exact same way on the beach and even in the sea! If you just want to watch the entire game of thrones or whatever on the beach u won’t be disappointed. 6/5
7. Drinks: non drinker, don’t know but gf said it’s like 3-4/5 make of that what you will
8. Service: even for Turkish standards, which are always very high the hotels staff exceeds and entertainment as they are nice, hardworking and importantly NOT CRINGE people aka they don’t behave like boomers thank gosh, they chat with you if u want and are very friendly. We went to darts only once and had a blast we are not an animation liking couple and yet it seemed amazing. Also they can speak like every language, at least 3, and some guy was fluent in: German, Russian, English, French, Turkish, and who knows what else. 5/5
9. Views: it’s like the pictures online one of the best views u can get. 5.5

Had an amazing experience here with my family in June.
Food is of very high standard with a large selection for everybody.
The place is made to enjoy your stay without ever needing to leave the resort.
Great place to visit with a family and kids.
Our concierge Yavuz, made our stay even better with orientation around the place and support throughout our stay.
Will defiantly come back here at some stage.
There's 3 outdoor pools and one indoor that we never used.
A wine house for a nice quiet evening.
3 Restaurants that you can book separately from the main buffet.
Beach with its' own bar and food.
Amazing animation team.
We were there at the start of the season, so we had plenty of everything without any hastle.

Stayed at this hotel for 7 days. The staff were very helpful with everything especially the shuttle drivers. We stayed in the villa rooms and the shuttle drivers were always kind enough to drive us to our room. The entertainment team were great too, they made staying by the pool side very enjoyable. The receptionist from start to the end of our holiday were very great with everything. We was able to check out a little later then expected. The view from the hotel was breathtaking.
Overall
Our stay at the hotel was amazing, we are back home now and it’s not even been 24 hours and we have holiday blues.
Hopefully we will return to the hotel one day in near future
Thank you 😊

I usually don’t write reviews but having such a fabulous experience on our family vacation I felt everyone MUST know how amazing our stay here has been! To begin with - This was our first vacation in months as we were with a 10 month old baby I needed support on a lot of things & im so glad we chose this place. What sets it apart is it’s exceptionally friendly & courteous staff. A big thanks to the animation team for their constant entertainment. They really make you feel like family , so much so that my 4 year old didn’t want to leave the place on the last day as he was so loved & taken care there. I’ve travelled a bunch of places in Europe & Asia but never have I experienced such great hospitality from the heart. We made so many new friends, the food options are great , the bar has plentiful of options to offer, and with excellent rooms, service & entertainment there was nothing we felt missing! Definitely coming back! & for those visiting Turkey 🇹🇷 visit this place without a doubt! Great team - Kudos :) love from Germany

We had an amazing week in the Labranda Ephesus Princess hotel in Kusadasi.

We arrived a bit early but immediately received our wristband and could have breakfast, which was really nice as we did not expect this (same at departure - check out at noon, eat and drink until transport). At 2 PM we could enter the bungalow, where a nice clerk drove us to by taxi. The bungalow apartment was perfect for us as there was even a separate room for the kid. The balcon offered a beautiful view of the nearby bay and was the favorite spot for the morning mate ceremony.

Meals were offered from a vast, delicious and often surprising buffet. It was incredible how the kitchen team could create such delicious food three times a day in such a huge variety. It never ceased to amaze us and food was always in plentitude and of highest quality. The kitchen has to work around the clock to make it possible. Staying a week we also could book a special restaurant (on campus) for free - Turkish, Italian or Sea Food. We decided for Turkish and had fantastic Adana Kebap.

The hotel campus is quite large - bungalows and Aqua Park are on top of the hill, take the tractor tourist transport down to hotel and pool areas or all the way down to the beach area. So fun especially for the children. Drink as much as you can anywhere, be it coffee, cay, cocktails, water or cold beverages with or without alcohol (surprisingly haven't seen a single totally drunk person the whole week). Beach offers an additional afternoon buffet, while the Aqua Park hands out sandwiches.

Have an annoying child of four or more years old? Drop it in the on campus kindergarten near Aqua Park in the morning or afternoon. Also there's the mini disco dance show each evening after which every child will sleep. The amphitheater also offers spectacular dance shows, where young artists offer a taste of their impressive art.

You can book additional activities like hamam and massage or scuba diving. A dolmus taxi to Kusadasi town parks in front of the main gate. The 20 min drive will cost a Euro per person. Be sure to bring enough coins. In Kusadasi everyone will know you're a tourist and you'll pay tourist prices, favorably in Euro.

A big thank you to the hotel staff. Everyone was always super helpful and kind. From the animateurs to the reception to the ever busy cleaning ladies. Room was made every day.

In the end we had a wonderful week and transport took us back to Izmir airport. Thank you for this perfect vacation, Labranda Ephesus Princess. We will return.

We had a great time here for family holiday, with a 3 and 2 year old. Staff was always polite, helpful and friendly, couldn't do enough for you, anything wanted or needed was never any trouble for them. Rooms was always cleaned each day, with fresh towels etc, again cleaning staff was always happy and friendly. Food was lovely could do with maybe bit more choice but overall lovely. We got home at 5am had bit of sleep and looking at booking again for next year.

Highly recommended for a family vacation. Great rooms, great food and plenty of activities including waterpsports and spa. Great location about 1hr from izmir airport and only 10mins away from Kusadasi central. And few mins from 2 great aquaparks.

We stayed there for 5 nights, I can definitely recommend it for families. Service is 5 stars for sure. We were quite pleased with everything and Miss Julide was so helpful, she made our whole reservation process easier and made sure that we are well taken care of! Can’t wait to came back!
Ps: I could say the only part we could chance would be the location, it is not super close to the sea, but it wasn’t our priority, we planned it as more like a cultural holiday so we were totally ok with that to be honest.

The location is nice. Kinda on top of a hill. Meals were good, not repetitive in main courses. Some side dishes were same every day. The staff was polite and nice. Had no problem with any member of the staff. It is little far from the city center (20 mins by car or shuttle bus). Only problem was that they were not changing the sheets and towels everyday, we stayed 5 days and they were replaced only twice and one of them was basically because we kept asking. Hope they can improve it.

The Labranda Ephesus Princess was the perfect place for our holiday. Beautiful views of the beach and mountains may be seen from the hotel's hillside location! The grounds were immaculately kept, and the apartments are lovely. Every day, we sat by the pool and relaxed while sipping on some lovely cold drinks. And restaurant was amazing!
There was also a delicious variety of vegan food.
But I have to admit that the staff was what really made our vacation outstanding. Everyone is extremely nice and welcoming. We also want to say a big thank you to the animation team. With their day and nighttime events and performances, they enhanced our vacation and made it unforgettable. Without a doubt, we'll return!

What was there not to like.....a last minute for my friend and I....we were not disappointed.
We arrived approx 2.30 in the morning., got given a snack box on arrival and had a buggy ride to our bungalow .
I have had a fabulous week....the staff are so helpful , the food and restaurant staff are on the ball and I love how they will shuttle you about either by car or tractor.
Would definitely come again but stay longer .Ten out of ten 👍👍

Just got back from our fantastic 2 week stay here. From our first arrival to the end this place was lovely. On arrival we were greated with fresh lemonade and shown to the restaurant for lunch whilst our rooms were prepared. There was plenty of choice of fresh food to choose from as always with an all inclusive holiday. Our bungalow was very big with lots of space and lovely and clean. Throughout our stay we had fresh towels each day and our room cleaned. Only a few hiccups with not enough towels being replaced but was not a big deal. Our view could have been better as was a sea view in the distance but in the foreground it was the solar panel plant and equipment.
We only visited the buffet restaurant as the Italian wasn't really Italian food and wasn't good for children for choice. The whole building was lovely and bright inside although the main complex seemed to have air con issues most of the time and was fairly hot in the restaurant. The pool area was great, the children were happy all day long. We didn't spend much time at the beach as it is at least 300 steps down. But there is a tractor and trailer service all day long to take you. There is plenty of water sports to do down there. We done jet skis, parasailing and a water sofa which were all excellent and good safety standards practiced.
The entertainment team were great with everyone and there was something on multiple times. The only gripe is it is the same thing week after week, so for a two week holiday it gets repetitive watching the same shows.
The food in the buffet was very good but by the end of the holiday we had deffinately had enough, there is lots of choice but it becomes the same thing. Again the themed nights are weekly and not 2 weekly to accommodate longer stays.
The location of the hotel was my biggest issues. It is 10 minutes minimum in a taxi from anywhere so a bit secluded.

On the whole we had a fantastic time away. And I would recommend this place to people. But note a few down points -

The location, the entertainment and food not being on a 2 week rota and the water slides were no where near the pool so we only used them twice in two weeks.
