Loved this place and wouldn’t hesitate going to go back again!

Yes, they were a few areas, that they could improve on (especially mattresses), but they would be negatives anywhere.

Food was plentiful; staff were amazing; complex was brilliant.

Swim-up room is a must! That was the
Cherry on the cake for me.

Stayed in the old block by the reception area, rooms were dated but clean and kept in good condition. Food was to a good standard. It might not be to everyone's taste, but you'll not go hungry. The staff and people we meet are for us what made our holiday. A holiday is what you make it and we made it a good one 👍

Booked through jet2 . Was a good experience. Room was clean and do cleaning every day.Good variety of food and drinks. Supermarket, pharmacy and doctor were all 5 minutes walk away. Will consider coming back soon because my kids like this place as well .

Hotel recommended by a travel agency. The hotel is located in a quiet area, but away from the city center. Near the hotel there is a bazaar, restaurant, bistro, travel agency (cheap trips) and other shops. There is a taxi rank at the entrance gate, which you can rent, as well as a bus stop. Unfortunately, there is no bus timetable at the bus stop to the city center. The hotel also has 2 restaurants (La Carta and a Chinese restaurant). There are several swimming pools on the premises and bars serving alcohol. Food 5/5⭐ despite no seafood. There is always something going on on the premises. Animators organize various competitions and games during the 5/5⭐ day. Events are also organized in the evenings at the amphitheater and at the main bar. The rooms were cleaned every day, but not thoroughly. 3/5⭐. Availability of free Wi-Fi also in some places where there was coverage (to have Internet in the room we had to go out to the balcony). Hotel staff nice and helpful. Being there in September, I had the impression that the family zone was separated from the zone where we were with friends. There is a mini water park on the hotel premises - for children. The beach next to the hotel is rocky and a bit neglected. 3/5⭐ because 3 hotels away the beach was already sandy (the sand was probably brought and poured out).

In general, the hotel is worth recommending for a holiday.

Fabulous holiday. Alcay, Furken and Barney were amazing. Spa superb and good value for money. Food can be a little 'samey' but definitely plenty of choice and no need to go hungry.

Very nice staff! Special thanks to the Animators, Barni Carlos Evi and the others! The place is amazing and clean! The beach is cleaned every morning Family friendly! There are several children's pools and programs The pools are clean! I can only say good things! Thank you for those 11 wonderful days!

WOW WOW WOW! AMAZING HOTEL! a week spent and that week was the best! Many friends, many friendly staff, and much much safeguarding! I had an incident at the side of the pool and got immediate medical attention : i am so thankful for this! Ephesia is recommended to those with kids, without, family, friends, anyone! Ephesia Holiday Beach Club is definitely a special holiday place in my heart! Despite the south eastern europe weather! ❤

We arrived on 11th May 2023 a bit apprehensive as its rated as a 3 star and read some bad reviews. We have stayed in 5 star hotels in Turkey before so had something to compare it with. We were not disappointed at all. we payed extra for a swim up room which was lovely well worth the extra very clean and modern and a good size. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaners did a great job.The hotel was very clean and staff very pleasant. We ate in the main buffet restaurant and the food could of been a little hotter but it was still nice with lots of choice I'm a fussy eater and always found something to eat. The staff in the restaurant were lovely they work very hard to look after you.would like to say a big thankyou to Ben Milah his girlfriend can't remember her name and the restaurant manager Umit who looked after us in the restaurant. Umit always made the effort to stop and chat and have a laugh with us. There are a few pools only 1 pool is heated the rest were very cold but did not stop us from going in. There was a little bit of a language barrier with reception staff but we managed. There are a few shops in the hotel and the guy in the mini supermarket/gift shop was lovely and very friendly. We booked our trips with ozzy and Andrea just outside the hotel at New happy days lovely couple very friendly and chatty gave us a fair price for our trips. Over all a very good holiday. 3 stars is not enough this should be at least a 4 star. We all had a great time and would not hesitate to go back again

I traveled to this hotel a week ago from Scotland. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, my children and my wife had a great time. Big hotel with excellent staff. I want to start by saying thanks to all the staff who were fantastic, they work so hard to keep every part clean and serving the guests, I want to say a massive thank you to umit the restaurant manager who always looked after us and made us feel so welcome, after reading some of the reviews we were panicking but there is nothing to worry about, the hotel was clean and tidy the staff were very friendly and hard working, people mentioned about the language barrier, most staff spoke great English better than my Turkish but we always managed. The food is typical food that you get in any Turkish resort, we always found something to eat . We upgraded to a swim up room that was fantastic well worth the extra money. The hotel is rated as 3 star personally I think at very least it should be a 4. If you go looking for faults you will find them but you will get the same in most hotels even 5 star hotels, my parents had a issue with the lock to the room, but within a few mins 5 men turned up and had it fixed. All in all it was a great holiday in a great hotel with great staff. And if you want to book any trips just outside the hotel is ozzy and andrea of new happy days who are great so helpful and half the price of your tour operator. Once again thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and working so hard to make our stay great

I don't understand anything at all about the few bad reviews. But I do understand the many good reviews. The rooms are neat. Nicely cleaned every day. I think the bed even has a topper. And sleeps great (and at home I have a super good bed so I'm spoilt).

Cleaning is continuous. Everywhere you go. Outside, inside, everywhere.

Staff are constantly on duty, working very hard and ready for guests.

And the kitchen...,? If you don't like Turkish you really shouldn't go to Turkey. But even for those people, there is more than enough delicious food to be found.
It's an all in one resort, but they do a great job of giving the food a 3-star Michelin look, feel and taste.

I only have a few personal preferences; maybe a make-up mirror in the bathroom, and it would have been wise in the bathroom to make a stone tile at the bottom of the wooden doorframe in relation to water.

When we came the internet was perfect. But there were only few guest. Later it was a little less but still good enough for watching Netflix, so who cares.
Same for the warm water and pressure, but even that was good enough. We have seen worse in the past.

We recommend Ephesia beach resort very much.

We all enjoyed this hotel and all the activities. Staff was very helpful,energetic and joyfull,room was perfect and food was excellent!!! I recommend this hotel to everybody🤗

We have just got back from our first family holiday with a 3 year old.. we didn't have to leave the resort once in 7 days there's 4 different places to swim during the day plus the beach you can literally walk straight onto.
Food was decent compared to other hotels I've been to before and you can pretty much eat from 7am until 10pm
I read reviews that mentioned they only served vodka, raki and house lager.. being a rum drinker worried me but they had rum, gin etc and made various cocktails which were all included and they aren't scared of pouring in the spirits lol.
Staff were great, they have a busy job and don't really get a break so considering that they were very nice.. its simple really your polite to them they're polite to you.
Entertainment for the kids was late but they all seemed to love the dis o etc and there are different size water slides for different ages. And the bar workers even make mocktails if you ask.
Definitely don't read into the "karen" reviews on here the place was great for the money

What a wonderful place to vacation! Good food, clean environment, very friendly staff and wonderful entertainment. We had a great time last summer, definitely planning on coming back.

The best choice of our life ! If you respect yourself and wants the best for you, this is the right place! Food is very delicious, a lots of and different! They clean every day your room! There is 8 pools and the sea is 2 minutes far away! Staff is always smiling and friendly, helpful! Just book and you will see what I'm thinking about ❤

Everything was clean. The food was great. The pool was fabulous and the slides were very fun. The workers were very helpful and kind. I give it a 10/10. Everybody should try this hotel. I recommend it very much. Thanks for the animation team
