Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort

We were there 3 weeks ago. The hotel is great. Huge selection of food. The food was delicious. Surely everyone will choose. There were more than enough attractions for children. The rooms are clean and nice. I also have nothing to complain about the service. It can be seen that the staff takes care of the hotel surroundings. Every day, a lot of people work both outside and inside to make it look the way it does. Small minus is that the sea is not completely clean. It was our first vacation as a family, so we were satisfied. Thank you and we wish you all the best from Slovakia 🙂

We have had a great time here and the staff are amazing. The food is good and nothing wrong with the measurements of the alcohol. The entertainment staff are brilliant and always willing to try things to make your stay rememberable. We would also like to thank Mario and Bella from the entertainment team who made our holiday a lot more memorable. The October Beer Festival was absolutely amazing.

Very nice and friendly service, especially Yilmaz, very helpful and always smiling. Nice weather and good food. Professional cleaning service and comfy rooms. I recommend this hotel!

We had a great family holiday from the UK to this hotel. The pools and splash park were perfect for our young children and the food good with plenty of variety too.

Special mention must go to Kelly on guest relations who was absolutely brilliant with anything we need and happily went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. A real credit to the hotel along with all the other excellent staff . Thank you

Had a great time staying as a family of five. Views at sunset are amazing, and resort is spacious with many pools.
The room we stayed was a family deluxe, cannot fault, only thing is with room cleaning they did not sweep the floors everday which was odd.
There is food for everyone's taste, doesn't alternate much but far better than other resorts.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Spa staff were friendly and made the family spa that we had a fun experience for the kids.
The location is far from the centre of Kusadasi but we used taksis to go in the evenings which was around 20mins to get to.
The upkeeping of the resort is good, there are always staff cleaning, emptying bins and taking care of the greenery in the garden.
If I ever went back to Kusadasi would defo stay at Palm Wings again, no need to try elsewhere.

The hotel is AMAZING. Comfortable, beautiful, clean, and more. You will feel very welcome, and you will never regret that you chose this hotel.
Everything is perfect - starting from the reception. Staff is very friendly and really helpful. For sure, we will come there again.

I like the people very helpful even they do not speak english..they do try to be at your service.I dont like the location, the room doesnot seems like 5star, but it was Ok.
The food was tasty, there is whatever you want.I dont like the location, nothing aroung,no shops, not market,nothing..desert..but the hotel is great

Only our first day here, but I'm so impressed. The hotel, the room and the pools/gardens are all immaculate.

The splash area and slides are wonderful and a perfect mix for every age!

It was the first holiday in Turkey 5 years ago. Probably the best hotel, the best services and the most beautiful beach. Unfortunately, the prices of this hotel have increased quite a lot since then, but I hope to come back one day.

I have visited Palm Wings Ephesus. Its a very great experience for the price. The service was amazing as the animation team was very friendly to everyone. Shoutout to Justin and Alex. The rooms are what you would expect from a 5 star hotel, and they are cleaned regularly. Very nice. There are also very much pools in here including alot of slides. The hotel also has an amphitheatre which has a show almost every night. The location is pretty nice too, 20 minute ride to the nearby city Kusadasi. 5 star.

Very good hotel, you have all that you need inside, pools, water park, wide beach, food and drinks all around, night shows.

The location also also suitable for us, as we were with a car and managed to visit places nearby.

Great hotel, very kind and helpful staff, everywhere clean and tidy, good food from Italian, Mexican and of course to Turkish cuisine. Regular fruit and lots of desserts available for lunch and dinner. Food lovers can easily gain 10 kg there 😁 We didn't live in the main building, but in an adjacent house with a private pool, a front garden with sunbeds, which was great. Peace. The beach was clean, the entrance to the sea gradual and the water slightly cloudy from the sand, but not dirty. Overall a great holiday, I recommend it.

The hotel is great, service, cleaning, food, everything is at a level I did not expect. Pools, slides and all the attractions for children are great.

I recommend the Turkish bath and the spa services.

I would say 4star not 5 but we had a good week.

Everything is perfect. The personal is very polite. The beach is perfect. The rooms are clean. Everyday we have new towers in the room and it is cleaned. The sheets are changed. The food is very delicious and there is a lot of food to choose from. We are very satisfied from everything. We will choose again this hotel.

The location of the hotel is excellent with beautiful views of the sea & sunset. suitable pools for children.

Our stay was excellent. The food is amazing, the beach is very clean, rooms are also kept clean, room service everyday and the staff was kind. It is perfect for families! Can’t wait to return again soon!
