Tusan Beach Resort Hotel

Very nice. At breakfast, beware: if you get up for coffee they clear away your plate as if you've left for good even with food still on it. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool closes at 1800 in February 2024.

we just came back from our holiday from Tuscan. what a beautiful stay. we went for all inclusive holiday with our 3 year old daughter. The hotel is located in the most beautiful spot, they have private beach the water crystal clear. The food was amazing and the staffs were fantastic and very helpful. Turkey never disappoints us. The entertainment teams where amazing. then only part that needs improvement is the kids play area, the room itself needs a good love.i felt it was dirty and there was not enough toys to engage the kids. That needs to be looked in to it but everything else was fantastic.

I’m currently on day eight of a two week to stay at the Tusan beach resort in Kusadasi and I wanted to share with you my experience so far. As a solo traveller I have more opportunity to observe and reflect in time to provide a review to so here it goes.
The hotel is well situated in a small bay on the Aegean coast, and features unique and unspoilt views out to sea and across the bay to the port of Kusadasi.
Tusan has plenty of amenities which can vary dependent on both the time of year and guest occupancy. As its mid-October I’d guess it’s low season but the hotel is busy and still has four pools including the children’s pool which are open and in use.
Tusan still has open three or four restaurants and the same number of bars as well as snack bar and other areas where drinks and snacks are available.
The main restaurant area which seems to combine both Zeugma (inside) and Didyma (outside) are served by one central food area offering a variety of local and international foods and is open for breakfast lunch and evening meals.
Breakfast served seven while 7 -10 am consists of warm and cold buffet items with a selection of cooked to order breakfast items such as eggs, omelettes and pancakes. Tea, coffee, juice, cereal and breads along with a variety of other accompaniments are also available.
Lunch available from 1:00 till 2:30 pm and is varied offering much more of the above with the addition of several more hot buffet items including chips pasta rice with freshly cooked fish and meat.
Evening meals are served in the main restaurant area between 1900 and 2130 pm and extends the menu further to include Turkish pide cooking demonstrations and other speciality dishes such as donner and kofte.
Outside of the main restaurant area there is the Ephesus restaurant which is one floor down from the main reception area. Ephesus restaurant offers alternative dining times with a more limited but still very good food selection and has a much more tranquil feel than the hustle and bustle of the main restaurant area. Ephesus provides a late breakfast which 10 while 11:00 PM a light early evening snack between 1700 and 1800 pm and is then open from 9:30 pm through until 7:00 am for a continental breakfast style buffet; soup, bread and drinks are all available.
In addition there is also the Perge cafe (Beach side) which provides a selection of cooked to order burgers pizza chips paninis and pastas.
Tea coffee along with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks are available at a variety of bars and all restaurants.
Tusan is well run and has several staff teams to help make sure your stay is an excellent experience.
The cleaning team are super friendly working hard around the clock to maintain high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and throughout the hotel. The cleaning team are also greater towel sculptures and I so far have had two elephants donned with my own spectacles and sunglasses.
The team that look after the sun beds on the beach by the pool and around the grounds work tirelessly behind the scenes morning and night sorting out beds umbrellas, as well as supporting cleaning and maintenance.
Grounds keeping, gardening and the maintenance team do a thankless task but make a huge difference to the surroundings and the atmosphere.
Front of house services in the bars, restaurants are fabulous and friendly doing their very best to provide a professional and personable service to everyone. At Tusa
n everyone with the rare exception is dedicated to making sure your stay is as good as it can be (there are always those that will put little effort in but reap the rewards and praise due to the work of others).
The animation’s team work exhaustingly to provide great entertainment and activities throughout the day and in the evenings. So far I have seen three shows by the animation’s team in the amphitheatre and have been very much entertained. In addition the hotel also brings in guest entertainment and I have thoroughly enjoyed the Turkish and African dance troupes and the fire show.
Great hotel, quality, staff and service.

We were in tusan resort in August 2023. We had incredible vacation in that hotel :) The staff was communicative and helpful, the location was amazing ! Close to port and center of kusadasi. Wonderful massages ! A lot of variety of food but here is also one minus -. Everything tastes similar - not enough spices. NIce animation program - especially evenings for kids and adults ! To sum up: a great place and we would like to come back here again <3

Visited here on my honeymoon, staff were helpful and pleasant. Rooms were really nice and spacious - the balcony view to the beach was amazing! Food was good too. Thank you!

Rooms were clean and tidy, nothing too fancy, but you don't go away for the room. Air conditioning really helped at night.

The staff really make this place what it is. Helpful, approachable, and friendly. One guy kept bringing drinks to our table the whole time we were there, didn't have to ask.

The food was good, and I always found something I wanted. Watermelons must have been brought in by the truck load because their supply seemed infinite.

Excursions were easy to book and pay for through the TUI app. You were collected from the front gate. The facilities on site were brilliant too, canoeing, paddle boarding, jet skis and other water sports. The swimming pool was good, but beware of the Germans and reserve your spot early.

The evenings always had something going on. The animation team is brilliant and they enjoy a good laugh. Last week, they had a pretty impressive fire show. Thank you to Pika and Faati and the rest of the team.

Overall, this was one of my best holidays and I'd like to thank the staff at Tusan Beach for a wonderful stay. I'd definitely come back again.

We absolutely loved our week there. Got home yesterday. The animation team were absolutely amazing!!! Max, Pika, Joker, Yaya, Mimi and the rest of the team absolutely made our holiday!! The rooms were nice and the food was good. Couldn't ask for anything more!!

Having recently stayed at Tusan Beach Resort, I can say that it is a great hotel. It is true that it is already bitten by the tooth of time, but delicious food (typical local Turkish cuisine which I love), great animators, especially the wonderful crazy Yaya and funny Leo and beautiful unearthly views of the nature surrounding the hotel make up for everything. Every day a different theme night is a huge plus. The hotel and pool staff are also great, they try hard, especially the waitress Busra, she is wonderful. We were also in the hammam and massage, I recommend it. I hope to return to this hotel someday, maybe next year.

My family and I stayed at Tusan Beach from Saturday 10th June to Saturday 17th June.

Having read reviews before we went, I was worried we had made the wrong choice.

I now wonder if any of the reviewers have actually been to this wonderful place.

From start to finish, my family was looked after and we had a wonderful holiday.

From the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out the staff at the hotel were absolutely brilliant.

Reception staff when we checked in ensured our bags were taken to our room whilst we got a drink at the bar and food.

All week the excellent animation team worked their socks off from 10am until 10pm and beyond keeping smiles on faces.

The rooms were cleaned wonderfully. We had a family room and it was spacious and comfortable enough for the 5 of us.

At breakfast/lunch/dinner there were several options every day, even for my particularly picky brood. The waiting staff again always making sure plates that were empty were taken away as well as ensuring your glass was full. The wonderful Cema and Dogan making sure my kids felt special. Thank you to them.

This was our first family holiday abroad since COVID lockdowns. I have no idea what the expectations of some people are. But our expectations were exceeded by Tusan Beach Hotel.

Only tiny negative was that nothing is really a walk away from the hotel. We went out for a walk as a family at sadly attracted the attention of several local dogs who walked with us and made my children feel a little uncomfortable. Not the hotels fault. But we had to venture our for a cash machine as the hotel didn't have that facility.

All in all an absolutely brilliant hotel full of people willing to help you have a lovely holiday. A little politeness, a please, a thank you and smile, will get you a long way in life.

When we arrived at the hotel, our 12-year-old daughter found it boring to just sit on a sun lounger and swim. Suddenly, the star Jahja approached and took our beloved daughter to the day's entertainment. He became her favourite.
It ranged from pool games to dancing and evening entertainment.

A close friend also became Ozzy, apart from the luxurious feeling of the hotel, we felt at home because of Ozzy. You can see that he loves his job and is wholeheartedly friendly and respectful. We were never alone and always entertained.

A girl who truly deserves 10 out of 10 points is Zeineb, Zuzzu. She was so active with all the young children; it was amazing to see, so caring and kind.

A big thanks to the waitstaff at the café and restaurant who always made sure we were well taken care of; we never had to wait for anything.

The food is also incredibly delicious and fresh. Thanks to all the chefs who ensured that our entire family gained weight hahaha. You CAN'T STOP EATING, there's always something delicious!!!

A big thanks also goes to the housekeeper who ensured that we arrived at a clean and fresh hotel room every day, always greeting us with a smile on their face. Thank you <3

Choose this hotel because it is truly worth the money, and we promise that you will have a fantastic vacation where you can simply relax, sunbathe, swim, and create memories with your family.

The only thing that spoiled it was the reception. We couldn't communicate with them in English; they were unhelpful and had an attitude that was beyond criticism when we needed information about a certain booking. We never got our à la carte dinner as we received incorrect information three times in a row, and everything ended in frustration, and they were not receptive to helping us at all.
So, 0 points for the reception; I really think Tusan should train their staff in customer service and a little English to communicate with their guests.
Truly terrible... Our family travels four times a year for vacation, and we have never encountered worse service at any other hotel than here at the reception.

But everything else was perfect, as long as you don't need assistance from the reception, you will have a fantastic vacation.

We spent 10 days in the hotel with the children. Beautiful experience, wonderful vacation. The children never stop talking about their experiences and friends from Turkey. Thank you for the nice company and a real vacation. The staff is friendly, they deserve a tip and a good salary, the animators are very interesting, the rooms are super clean, the reception, the doctor is top ten!

We stayed in this hotel a couple of weeks ago with my wife and my 2/5 years old son for 7 nights.
First We would like to say thank you to management and member of staff in this hotel which so polite and orgonised. During our stay the provided superb services which showed how professional they are.
From location, entertainments, serving drinks and specially varieties of fresh fruits, salad and specially fresh meals to security of hotel and specially cleaners which they are working so hard we could not expect anymore.
Normally we prefer to plan our next holiday somewhere else however as we loved this hotel and special comfort which they created for us we are considering to plan booking for next year as well.
Our room was clean and view was immaculate. Cleaners doing fantastic job throughout the hotel specially public WC’s and garden.
Thank you for making fantastic memory for me and my family. Hope to see you next year.

I am currently staying at this hotel room 2226. I cannot praise the staff enough. From cleaning to restaurant to animation to Every staff member I have received 5* service .they are all do helpful and friendly. I had to visit a doctor yodel and this was handled by the on site nurse with total efficiency. Many thanks and I am looking forward to enjoying the rest of my holiday. Xxxxx

Currently staying at the hotel and love every minute of it. Rooms are cleaned daily and the staff are always happy to help and very polite. The waiter in the resturant i cant remeber his name but i know it translates to karl in english, he is always smiling and goes out his way to help and keep you in drinks,he deserves a promotion. Honestly dont looks at the negative reviews as i did after i booked because you will not be disappointed and we will definitely be back in the future. Thankyou all at tusan beach.

For starters location is good, quite and near by the centrum, (15 mins by bus). The staff was nice, the GR, reception staff was brilliant and clever with all the solutions that theyve offered on every complaint. But the atmosphere needs a change. Family friendly place. FYI, I like places like this but it needs to be loved! 😊

Just come back from holidays with friends. We had a great time, excellent food (baklava in ala carte restaurant was probably the best which I ever had) and service. Rooms are gig enough and clean daily we had a sea view and it was amazing. We will definitely come back to Tusan.

Currently staying at the resort, first time here, and absolutely love the resort. The staff are so nice and kind, the food is beautiful and the location is amazing. The rooms are fantastic, all you could want including English speaking tv channels. There are at least 5 pools, gym, spa, games room, basketball and tennis court, shopping arcade and so much more. It is a gated community and has security 24/7. Shame on anyone who gives this resort less than the 5 stars that it truly deserves.
