Only been here for 2 days but already impressed with everything.
The staff are excellent and always checking if anything is needed and quick to act. The food is a good standard and tasty whether it is breakfast, dinner or tea, good choice of beer, including Miller Genuine Draft which you can't get in England anymore so that was a bonus.
I recommend this place to anyone thinking of a Turkish holiday. Its GREAT👍🍺

We stayed at this hotel in May and enjoyed excellent food, entertainment with friendly staff who go over and beyond to help.

Recently stayed for ten nights enjoyed it so much we're going back in October. Many thanks to Sybil,Ayden,Tariq, Isabella and all the others. See you again soon.

This hotel is my favourite , such friendly and helpful staff . it is most definitely a home away from home …Yalcin , Sibel and their amazing staff do a fantastic job to make sure each and every guest are looked after and there is nothing they wouldn’t do for ya The hotel is spotless , both pools are well kept and there is ample space to relax in the Turkish sun . … 110% recommend this hotel .

Absolutely great hotel. We were made to feel very welcome. The staff here are brilliant and attentive at all times. The pool was lovely. Think it's a great idea to have the pools separate, one for children and one for adults.The room and room service was good. Although could of done with a luggage bench. I had to keep my case on the floor as there wasn't much storage room. The food was lovely. Always fresh fruit available. I would definitely return here and recommend it. There were also good bar snacks available and good entertainment.

My family and I have previously been to this hotel because the location is perfect the family & staff make your holiday & go above & beyond to help you enjoy your holiday. There are always a lot of repeat customers which return year after year and The cleaners clean your rooms daily .
Never had any issues here but if ever any one has they are always willing to do their upmost to help you .

Love it! Rooms are a little basic, you have a kettle in room but no cups or tea/coffee, very clean and housekeeping every day with beds made and fresh towels. The staff here are what makes it fantastic, as soon as they know your name they remember it, nothing is too much, really friendly and caring. Food needs a little work, they cater mainly for the British, but breakfast has only turkish sausage (like baby saveloys), beans, eggs (fantasticly fresh made omelette, fried, eggy bread) hard boiled and scrambled, beans and pancakes in hot, cold had meats, cheese and salad, toast and bread and cereals. Lunch menu good and lots of choice, jacket potatoes and dirty chips were favourites 😋 Dinner had minimum 3 hot choices per day, ranging beef with mushroom sauce, roast chicken, Mexican chicken, lasagne, cottage pie, most days had rice or pasta and chips, soup etc. Entertainment most days, Traditional Turkish Dancing, African Acrobatic were best, Bingo a few tines a week which was a giggle and karaoke - kids club music tunes addictive. Pools for average height you can put feet on floor, kids pool waist height slides open 3 or 4 times a day, both great. Overall satisfaction is really good

This place was absolutely amazing. Made even more incredible by the welcoming staff. Day time and evening entertainment hosted Murat was outstanding. The bar staff were very fun and would bend over backwards to do anything for you throughout your stay. Rooms were very clean as were the hotel grounds and both pools. We would definitely visit again.

I've been visiting Turkey for over 20 years and absolutely love this hotel. The staff are friendly and eager to help, the rooms are nice, and the food varies (usually 3 hot mains per night which change, then buffet style sides/salads/bread/desserts). Also 2 decent size pools with stairs into them, not ladders, 2 water slides and a small paddling pool.

We are currently staying at this hotel and would like to take this opportunity to say despite all that has been going on with Thomas Cook, Yet since we arrived on Saturday 21st it has been business as normal excellent food and service from all the staff ! Who probably wont even know if they have jobs after the mess is cleared up. I really hope another holiday firm takes up this hotel as their resort destination. Thank you all staff and management. i stayed at this hotel with my grandson for a week in june 2017 .i wish it had been two weeks.arriving in the hotel about 2am we were greeted with a very warm welcome and shown to our room which was spotless. during our stay it was it was my grandsons ( martell) 16th birthday and he was surprised with a mini birthday cake.every one who works here are great. it is a family run hotel and you feel part of that family. food is varied and plenty of it . entertainment is a laugh.overall a lovely place to visit and we will be back.

Sean, Typhoon, Stefani, Ginger all so friendly. They work like a big family it seemed to me.
We had an amazing view of our room to the sea. The room was perfect, cleaned daily.
Ayşe Gün at the sap bathed me and gave me a greatest Turkish bath experience ever! I had gone back to a back massage again to repeat. Oh it was such a relaxation, I felt like a princess. Don't miss the famous Turkish Bath experience!!
Loved to be there and would love to return.

Home from home, massive selection of food for breakfast, I know Turkey and I've stayed in a few hotels and this by far has the most selection of European types of food, pancakes cereals o my god the list goes on, dinner and breakfast is included in the stay sooo much options , such a friendly atmosphere, chef greets you and is so cheerful, Bella on reception is a sweetheart, the rooms are great, family hotel for sure

Second time we bin ere and it was amazing as it was the first time round food was great staff where great also plan to go here a 3rd time wen we can we made our 3rd trip for 3 weeks weather was amazinf food was great staff were amazing as they always are met some great people will deffo be coming again hopefully September i would deffo recommend this hotel entertainment and shows are good .
