Old Town Boutique Hotel

Our stay at Old Town Boutique Hotel was delightful.
The room was very clean, decor lovely. Although the room was small, it provided us with everything we needed.
The owner & his wife were so welcoming & helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, with the added bonus of fresh kumquat picked by the owners from their garden.
Would absolutely stay here again if returning to Kusadasi.

The owners are kind people, the evening talking with them in the garden gave me strength and energy. They love to help guests, even in what goes far beyond the hotel service. Hotel was spotlessly clean, and we were personally greeted by the owner and his wife. They are a delightful couple, and offered us lots of tips on what to see and what to eat over afternoon tea. Breakfast was quite good, and the location was perfect for anyone wanting to explore the bazaar or downtown. We recommend it! Make sure to get help from the owner who reserves Street parking spaces for his guests.

We've stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and we should say those were the best of days in our 14 day Turkey trip.
We've stayed in 4 other cities, however, this was the BEST hotel in this price range.
Its a small boutique hotel with 7 rooms run by an extremely loving and hospitable owners. Its their own place so you get a home feeling in all their services.

It is in the best location of Kusadasi, you will not miss a single thing. You will get local food, shopping, close by to the beach, castle. It is centrally located and easily accessible for all your day trip pick ups.

The Rooms and bathrooms are really neat and clean, our room was small, perfect for a couple with a spacious balcony and bathroom in the first floor.

In the whole of turkey, only this hotel provides free drinking water which is very kind of them.

They serve an amazing Turkish breakfast each morning which fuels you enough till late afternoon.

They helped us with local information and places to visit, we would've missed out some amazing places without their help.

The lady looks after the hotel in her husbands absence, even though she doesn't speak English fluently, that didn't stop her from helping us. she tries her best to help the guests by providing them with all the necessary help. She's my favorite, my wife and I loved our time talking to her every evening we stayed there.

This is a lovely, small hotel. We stayed here for a week and felt very welcomed by the kind and accomodating owners, who treated us courteously and provided us with excellent local knowledge.

The traditional Turkish breakfast was fresh and delicious every day, and was a great way to start the morning before adventuring around the area. Breakfast is served in a nice garden courtyard.

The room was small, but well furnished and was very comfortable.

The hotel is decorated in quite a nice and stylish way, and, while modern, it has a personal and homely touch to it.

It's in a very central and convenient location to explore and experience the local culture and amenities.

If you're looking for a personal and real experience of Kusadasi, you couldn't do better than here.

If I'm ever back in the area, I'd be more than happy to stay here again.

The host are friendly and the room is quite comfortable and clean. Loved the garden we had breakfast.

Perfect location and immaculate rooms! Also includes a delicious breakfast made by the exceptionally friendly owner. He was extremely welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of including recommends for where to eat. The owner speaks excellent English and we had great conversations with him! Highly recommend this hotel!

We have stayed here for 3 days and we truly enjoyed it! The location is perfect, just 2 minutes walk from the city center. The room was sparkling clean and fully equipped. Also such a tasty breakfast is included. I would recommend everyone to stay here. Really appreciate the hospitality!

Great location, exceptional breakfast, immaculate and cozy space. Above all, the owner is super lovely and hospitable - going above and beyond with everything, even sharing the most delicious tangerine in his garden with us. Highly recommended!

I have stayed there in August, everything was amazing. Rooms are clean and absolutely looks like on photo, location is perfect (few min by walking to the old center and port), breakfast was delicious, and thanks a lot for owner, who helped me with all my questions about my moving in Kusadasi (how to go there...how to find this place etc)

Perfect location, in the middle of the Old Town. Quite place, narrow streets, little hard to pass with car but not impossible, 5 min walking from all the commerce's of the city. The installations are new, so you feel even more comfy of using them. Breakfast included.

Perfect service and friendly atmosphere

Kuşadası'nda 1 gece konaklamak için butik otel ararken bu oteli bulduk. Merkezi konumu, temizliği, kahvaltı yaptığımız huzurlu bahçesi ile biz çok memnun kaldık. Akşam Kuşadası çarşıya ve sahile 5 dakikada inip yürüyerek gezebildik. Otelin sahibi Ümit bey ve Şeyda hanıma nazik karşılamaları, ilgili ve güler yüzlü hizmetleri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Hotel di altissimo profilo, gestito da persone di un’educazione e disponibilità unica e nel cuore del centro della città di Kuşadası. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel con mia moglie per visitare Efeso, la casa di Maria e l’isola di Samos (il porto è a 5 minuti a piedi dall’hotel) e siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari ci hanno supportato per qualsiasi cosa avessimo bisogno, dal taxi alle informazioni culturali e luoghi da visitare.
ci siamo sentiti a casa nostra nella bella cornice di una città storica come Kusadasi.

Öncelikle otelin sahibi ve işletmecileri olan hanımefendi ve beyefendi çok nazik ve zarif insanlardı, bize sadece otel içinde değil otel dışında da çok yardımları dokundu. Her isteğimizi saygıyla karşıladılar ve fazlasıyla yardımcı oldular. Ayrıca otelin konumu daha iyi olamazdı, istediğimiz her yere ulaşabildik ve daha uzak bir mesafe olduğu zaman bile çok yardımları dokundu. Bizi kaldığımız süre zarfı içinde gerçek anlamda ailenin bir parçası gibi hissettirdiler ve hiçbir şekilde rahatsızlık çekmedik. Otel hemen merkezde olduğu için dışarıda kalabalık ve gürültülü olmasına rağmen odaya gittiğimizde hiçbir şey duymadık ve sessiz ve sakin bir şekilde kafamızı dinleyebildik. Kaldığımız oda çok rahattı ve hiçbir şikayetimiz olmadı. Kuşadasına gelen herkese tavsiye edebileceğim bir yer bulduğum için gerçekten çok mutluyum. Işletmeci hanımefendi ve beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederim.

3 yıldır aksatmadan ailece gelip gönül rahatlığıyla kaldığımız, sakin huzurlu ve sahipleri ve işletmecisi karı koca iki altın insan ümit bey ve şeyda hanımın titiz ve temiz eksiksiz yaklaşımıyla en rahat edebildiğimiz yer. Konumu muhteşem. 20 metre aşağısı akşam çarşının cıvıl cıvıl caddelerinde yeme içme eğlence ve alışveriş imkanı sunuyor. Bahçede sabah kahvaltısını bugün lüks restaurantta parasıyla yiyemezsiniz o kadar özenli doyurucu ve lezzetli. Söyleyecek çok söz var ama kısacası aile gibi yaklaşımınız Güleryüz’ünüz ve bize bu rahatlığı sağladığınız için ailece çok teşekkür ediyoruz. Seneye görüşmek dileğiyle.
