love this place. my hair is unmanagable and waas a mess.. i didn't think it could be fixed but they worked their magic and i feel like a new woman. Did eyebrows too and loved them.

It's my first experience at Prestige with Fetih, in the new COVID world in which we live. This salon takes the virus seriously and and masks are worn at all times. Having not had a haircut since last year, I let Fetih choose a style for me. I'm happy 😊. Teşekkür ederim.

I was nervous going to a new hairdresser since moving from the UK but the whole experience was good.
I'm pleased with the colour although I might just go a little lighter next time. Will definitely go back. This has now become my regular hairdresser

So friendly and professional, didn't what I wanted exactly so let it to him. So happy with result. Ended up highlights cut blow dry , manicure pedicure eyebrows threaded.

Have been going in to Fetih for just wash and blow dries but decided to go whole hog and change hair colour he did a great job, Thoroughly recommend him

Sehr professionell. Meine Tochter und ich liessen die Haarfarbe, Schnitt und Pflege machen. Auch Pediküre. Der Coiffeur spricht englisch. Ich kann diesen Salon empfehlen.

Very pleased with all services provided including hair, colour, nails, and threading.. And good value too..

Truly the worst experience I've ever had. Completely fried my hair when I'd only asked for roots covering. Did what he wanted and didn't listen to me, did a full head of highlights against my wishes without my permission. Came away with blotchy patches, colour only starts 1.5cm from root, light and dark tiger stripes and then the underneath has been dyed black for some reason? It felt rushed and careless. Charged me 4x as much as other places here, and double what i pay in the UK. My hair has lost 80% of it's volume and snaps off any time i try to put it up. I'm devastated and it's destroyed my confidence. All i talked about from going in there was the condition of my hair but he ignored my concerns. Tried to talk to him but he just gaslighted, was defensive and angry then blocked me, hence the review here to try protect anyone else from the same fate. Please save your hair and your money and do not risk it.
