I don't give 5 stars easily, but this place deserves even more than 5.
Very friendly and attentive manager.
Both the setting, interior and the music were perfect! I highly recommend the mezes! They were freshly prepared and very tasty. The calamari as a warm starter is really a must try!
I will definitely come back!

- Beautiful place, well decorated, with a romantic atmosphere
- Modern menu (very refreshing compared to all the touristic restaurants with the same type of food) with vegetarian options! (Rare in the area)
- Very friendly and attentive staff
- Good food, with appetizers and fruits complimentary

Small anecdote: when we were there, a little bird fell out of his nest and the team made extra efforts to put it back in! Always pleasant to see kind people.

Great concept of 4 restaurants acting as one within the hotel parameters - open to the public. Great food, great drinks, excellent service. We had a great night there. Definitely recommend and a must visit in town!

The profession of tannery, which has an important place in Kusadasi's cultural, social and financial life. succumbed to the developing technology in the early years of 2000. However, the last place where the art of tannery using no machines or any chemicals, was performed is this tannery working between 1937-1968.

All the 16 stone structures located in the field of the tannery have been restored. In the structure allocated as "The Karatabk Museum". hand tools used by the tanners can be seen.

Beautiful renovated area, perfect for dinning or grabbing a drink.

The environment is great. Staff are professional and sincere. Price/performance compatible. The treats are amazing.

At first I was amused by the style of the place, the design is very unusual for Turkey. Besides nice design I want to point out great food, all our servings were delicious. The place really stands out among local restaurants and cafes. If you are around you should go and try it!

Found this hidden gem whilst searching for somewhere new to have our evening meal in Kusadasi. What a fabulous evening in a superb location. Excellent service, tremendous food and wine. The staff were attentive, welcoming and thoughtful. After we had eaten, we finished our bottle of wine playing pool in the bar. Highly recommended. Thanks for a wonderful evening.

We got out of the hustle and bustle of Kuşadası and stumbled upon this magical place. It was a great decision to not eat at any of the restaurants in the busy area of Kuşadası and eat hereknstead. The food was descent. The atmosphere was amazing and the prices were very reasonable.

This place is just great, the atmosphere, food, music, environment.
We fall in love with this area, the decoration, building, flowers.
They have different menus with appertizers specially prepared to be accompanied with theirs drink.
The area is new, however it is currently growing and even the manager offered himself to show us how it will be when all the buildings and facilites are built. Highly reccomended.

Когда везде вокруг толпы и суета, очень приятно оказаться в красивом уютном месте с почти камерной атмосферой.

Меню небольшое, цены несколько завышенные, но всё очень вкусно!
Пицца преотличная (тонкое тесто, хорошо пропечённое), в капрезе свежайшая моцарелла.
Этот ресторан - чуть ли не единственное место в городе, где есть хумус. Он не эталонный, но хороший.

Отдельное спасибо за музыку: старый добрый блюз и хиты из "Romantic collection" 90-х создают настроение, ради которого сюда хочется прийти ещё.

**Если немного попридираться, то официантка была явно не опытная и забыла, какой напиток заказал муж. А после ещё сказала, что он ничего не заказывал (хотя я лично слышала).
Хороший официант не будет упрекать клиента ни в чём.

Но это мелочи.
Атмосфера места сполна всё компенсирует.

Симпатичное уютное место, особенно, когда темнеет.

Два меню: турецкая и итальянская кухня. Меню небольшое.

Не было свежевыжатого сока, в салате было слишком много оливкового масла.

Пицца вкусная, цены туристические.

Old Town Tanneries, taş evlerden oluşan düzeni ile Kuşadasının gürültülü ve kalabalık sokaklarından uzaklaşmak için tercih edebileceğiniz oldukça şık, sakin ve hizmet kalitesi yüksek bir işletme. İçerisinde Taş Meyhane, Tannery Garden, Public Vineria ve Vintage olmak üzere farklı konsept ve menülere sahip taş evler yer alıyor. Biz İtalyan lezzetlerini sunan Vintage'ı tercih ettik. Atmosferi ve müzikleri oldukça dinlendirici. Pizzaları ince hamurlu ve lezzetliydi. Domates, enginar, mantar ve dana jambonlu Stagioni ve 4 Formaggi (dört peynirli) pizzalarını çok beğendik. Tiremusuları ise oldukça hafifti ve kreması dengeliydi. Fiyatların işletmenin sunduğu konsepte göre uygun olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

Обманывают посетителей, будьте внимательны и проговаривание цены заранее с официантами, чтобы не было разных толкований. Мы пришли втроём и попросили сделать сэт на двоих, т.к. он показался большим, но в итоге официант выставил цену для троих и настаивал, что они так делают всегда. Не понимаю, зачем складывать три порции в две тарелки и брать полный прайс.
