BUDGET RENT A CAR-KUŞADASI

I had rented a car from this company for 9 days. Everything is well organized, 500 km per day, additional insurance for 900 TL so you are really covered for everything, the employees are very customer-friendly, the quality of the cars is also good, the price-quality ratio is okay, there are cheaper companies for this the type of car I rented but which were not available, received my deposit back within 1 working day. It was a pleasure to drive this car from Kusadasi to Bodrum, to use it in Bodrum itself and to drive back to Kusadasi, I traveled a total of 1000 km, no problem at all! All in all, very good.

I rented a car from one day to another and everything was ok. Before renting it, I asked for and received info on WhatsApp.
The only thing that was a little disturbing was that the car was for smokers. But I didn't specify from the beginning either, so I have nothing to complain about. I rent it as it was.
I received the deposit back on the card after two days.
They gave me a feeling of trust, so I recommend it.

Great experience - we booked a 2l diesel Peugeot in advance via the web from the UK, and the collection process was smooth and the staff polite and helpful. I declined the ‘mini insurance’ add-on, as I had purchased a suitable policy in advance, and there was no hard sell to change my mind. The car was great - clean and in good condition; a few scrapes he noted before handing it over. We covered over 1,000 miles visiting archaeological sites, and everything went well. The auto toll roads were covered by a sticker in the windscreen and I paid up in cash to Budget when returning the car (50TL in total - a bargain). There were no quibbles with the car on return, and the team at Budget were great - thank you - would definitely recommend.

The staff were great. Two gentlemen working (sorry can’t remember the names), one spoke very good English. They were very polite and straightforward with the pricing and what was included. The paperwork was all in order, and transparent. My only “issue” would be that the fuel tank was not full, so I had to guess at how much to refill to return to the original level. I overestimated by quite a lot so lost some money there. But, perhaps that could’ve been avoided on my end too. Overall, pleasant experience.

Really cool service level. Texted to their WhatsUP, shared needed dates, type of car (btw for 50 usd per day got 2020 fiat eagea sport packet) shared photos of passport, driver license and credit card details and that’s it. The Next day a very nice guy brought this lovely car to my hotel. In addition, he guided me directly to the mobile provider marked to buy sim card. Really appreciated since it’s quite difficult to drive to needed place Without navigation and internet.

Was worried about renting as it was the first time renting in turkey, however they were excellent in budget. The price was really reasonable, I paid it on my Revolut to avoid currency charges with normal bank and I also have excess cover on my card, so I didn’t require the extra insurance they offer and they held a small deposit on my credit card, when the deposit was refunded, lira had gone down slightly so it’s wasn’t exactly the same, but was only a couple of euro difference. We had the car for a day, collect at 9am did ephesus for the day, Virgin Mary house, St. John basilica and sirince village and dropped the car back for 6ish (they close 6.30) we could have kept overnight, but we had an early flight so suited better for just a day hire, price was no different if we had kept the 24 hrs. Rental was about 22 euro (275 lira) for the rental and worked out less then 35 euro each, with all entry tickets, cheap parking and then about 5 euro diesel before we handed the car back. Compared to the tours which work out about 50+ Euro per person, some as high as 100 euro, the freedom of a car was just better, you can choose where you go and where you eat, The drive is also very easy for anyone who’s nervous. Would highly recommend if you’re in kusadasi and unsure how to go about going to Ephesus etc.
