A real paradise! The room and the bathroom are absolutely gorgeous. The beach and the pontoons are very well maintained. The staff are very kind and willing to satisfy your every wish. The food and drinks are of a great quality. The hotel is a grandiose construction but with great attention to detail. We spent a dream vacation!

I'd like to begin by expressing my gratitude and best wishes for this magnificent luxury complex. Overall, it truly lived up to its reputation as a luxurious hotel.

The reception and Beassist staff were exceptionally helpful, and their service was highly appreciated.
Additionally, I would like to extend my special thanks to the shuttle drivers for their professionalism, courtesy, and delightful manners. Mahmoud, in particular, left a lasting impression; even the children were quite fond of him.

The staff at the main restaurant were very friendly and accommodating, and the table arrangements were quite pleasant.

However, I must mention that there were a few staff members who left a less favorable impression, especially those involved in meal preparation and some of the pool bar staff. It would be greatly beneficial to provide them with training and reminders about the importance of being welcoming and friendly towards guests. A warm smile can make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

Beautiful location, excellent service. Clean and quiet.
They Make you feel that you are the only guest in this magnificent hotel , great food all included ,very good a la cart restaurants , amaxing beach and clean pools .

All was fantastic, service and staff great. Just we come before our of sea Aston and couldn’t enjoy all facilities. I stayed 2 second time and will come back definitely!

It's my first time to Bodrum and I've chosen a hotel very carefully. This hotel is classic and chic, former Jumerirah (Paramaunt) hotel; especiallly for Gold colour lovers 😉 Greeting was very nice, rooms are clean, huge with comfortable beds, closets and all personnel is trying to support you, especially Guest relation manager - Serdar;

Food is nice, not a huge quantity, but having the perfect quality; Sandy Beach is small, you have to find place earlier, but always plenty of place on dockseven for jumping.

In other words, I strongly reccomend this property for stay. Strong 5 stars 😊

The hotel is absolutely stunning and the staff is super friendly and they are taking care of everything. Nazli and Azize were very implicated and they took care of everything for us so that we could get the most out of the experience at the Be Premium Hotel. Me and my family were really impressed by the services they offer!

Our seccond time staying at be premium.We have stayed in Turkey similiar catagory hotels but be premium is the best. Great expreience with hotel managment promot respond, location,modern designe, food, room, child care and assist, specially NISA. If you are looking for to have best vacation, this is best place to go.

I stayed at Be Premium Hotel in May 2023 with my girlfriend. The hotel is luxurious, the food is spectacular and the service was impecible. On our arrival, we were greeted by a lovely girl called Yasemin Tas, who would be our assistant for the duration of our stay. She was kind & friendly & helped us with everything we needed throughout our stat at Be Premium. We are looking forward to returning again next year!

I have now been a few times in Turkey and have already visited many different hotels.
Here, each hotel has its strengths, things that are good, or less good.

The BE Premium in Bodrum is really very strong in all categories.

It is outstanding in terms of service and clearly shows it's great advantages compared to many other hotels in this section.

What I really do like to point out is the WhatsApp group.
On your very first day you will be added in a WhatsApp group.
This group consists of you and about 4 to 5 hotel service employees who are available from 8am to 0:00pm for all your questions and requests.
This has the great advantage to be informed at any time, to be able to place your questions and wishes and above all it gives you the feeling that you are always and everywhere something special. Top Service. VIP Style!!!!

The cleanliness of the rooms, the outdoor facilities, the restaurant and all in general, is in a very well and clean kept condition.

The quality of the food, the service and the friendliness of the staff is exemplary in every measure.

Also the photgrapher team is realy great and absolutley respectfull and friendly. Thank you again... especially to their boss ;-)

When we first arrived we were a little disappointed as there were only two restaurants open and very little entertainment, the hotel explained that is was due to early in the season but this was not as advertised by Jet2 but the hotel pulled out all the stops upgrading us and and visiting Turkish family to swim up delux suites, they also gave us unlimited use of the a la carte restaurants not just the usual two visits, we were also hosted in a cabana for the day all organized by Azize in guest relations. I cannot tell you wonderful all the hotel staff are from the bar staff, waiters and waitresses right up to Azize they cannot do enough for you, thank you for a fantastic weeks holiday

Very generous A`la Carte with fine dining restaurants and drinks all included in the price.
Quiet relaxing hotel, good food, nice shows & concerts in the evening.
Everything you need will be taken care by your privet assistant via WhatsApp group. Thank you
