Magnaura House Hotel

Very nice hotel in walking distance to the Aya Sophia and the Blue Mosque. Stayed here for 3 nights and service was great. The hotel provided us with taxi services after we contacted them in advance. The terrace on the roof also has a great view over the sea, where my boyfriend proposed to me!!! The room was always cleaned and daily change of towels. Would definitely book again :)

I have stayed at this hotel twice now in the last 2 years and both the times their service was perfect 👌
They offer breakfast as well, and they change their menu on a daily basis.
Staff is helpful and professional

It's 5 mins away from Blue Mosque and Haghia Sofia
They also offer reasonable packages for Bosphorus Cruise (lunch and dinner)

Walking distance to blue mosque. Large comfortable beds, hot showers, good food, friendly staff. And they recommend local tourist guides who are trained and certified for the same price as booking directly with the guides. Highly recommend.

We had a great time here. The staff were always helpful. Instayed here with my wife and my 4 children and it was clean and comfortable. Yes it's only a 3 * so you have to be realistic! I'd definitely come back. The location is superb literally walking distance to pretty much everything! When we needed anything the staff were always happy to assist. We stayed here a week and had no issues at all. Thanks guys for making my 1st holiday with my family as easy as possible.

Magnaura is located in what would be considered a tourist district, but it is a real gem. The breakfast buffet is fresh and delicious, the rooms -- many with private balconies or terraces -- are beautifully cleaned, and well supplied. The front staff is consistently friendly and helpful (and speak English). This is a family hotel and the owner, Eyup Sensoy, is usually seated at his desk near the front door to make sure that all operations are running smoothly and that guests are well taken care of. The neighborhood is bustling (and full of character) and while I am very sensitive to ambient noise, I never had any trouble when I wanted to rest or sleep. On any return to Istanbul, I would absolutely stay at Magnaura House.

Excellent staff, especially Ikram, willy, arif and the property owner! They took great care of us! Always there to solve any issue! I enjoyed a week there and they treated us like royal family! Couple of ladies work in the kitchen, they have little attitude but could be for language barrier! Other than that, jt was a great stay and will stay again jn the future!!

I love this place. The owner Eyup Shensoy is such a nice gentleman, who made his hectic efforts to find my family's lost passports at the airport on arrival.
This is such a lovely place in the center of Sultan Ahmed within half kilometer of many main attractions of Istanbul. The service, cleanliness, breakfast all are wonderful.

It was a beautiful hotel with the most kind hearted staff. The the front desk workers try their best to help you in any way they can despite knowing minimal English. The manager, Mr. Kaddir and owners accommodate their guests to the fullest. My family and I felt very safe and welcome in this hotel. The room service attendants were also very kind and because of their amazing work my family and i would always come back to the room and find it spotless. My family and I will definitely be coming back to this hotel when we go back to Turkey.

We are a family of five booked 2 rooms, very nice room newly refurbished hotel and still building more facilities. Very very clean rooms that are equipped with what you need. We loved the waterfall power shower after long day. The location is amazing within walking distance from many attractions. The breakfast was more than enough to start the day in an open air sea view terrace.
Manager Kadir is a fantastic person very helpful and advisable and happy to spend long minutes with you to explain and advise.

Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff, cant remember all the names, but they were amazing. Front office manager Kadir was a excellent dude. Very helpful. The owner showed up some time, they all are good people. Rooms were super clean, house keeping was great.
Definitely go back to the same hotel again. Highly recommended.

Lovely little hotel tucked away behind the blue mosque and right at the heart of sultanahmet. Very new. Friendly staff and clean good quality rooms. Decent prices. Great restaurants right outside. Buffet breakfast could be a bit better. But highly recommended!

It’s very good location close to everything and the view from the hotel amazing. Service 10/10 been our 2nd day here we absolutely loving it. Definitely would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is so charming and the staff are so wonderful -- you won't go wrong staying here! The location is perfect and the street is full of good restaurants, or they will help you find the perfect place. Close to major sites and even a short walk to the Bosphorus. I cannot say enough good things! You won't go wrong staying here!

This is a nice hotel to stay very near to Blue mosque 10 minutes to Grand Bazaar .Mohammed at the reception was very helpful.The breakfast
is nice and Arif is very helpful in the morring with the breakfast.The house keeper Meryeem is a lovely lady .The best thing about the hotel is the staff and cleenliness.

Very good and quiet hotel!

Just amazing!! The food was excellent. The treatment was perfect and the general environment was ideal. It was my birthday and they give us a desert (chocolate fondant) you must try it. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

Vedy clean, the food was great and the location is dreamy. It's very close to important landmarks and public transport. All in all a five star review is deserved
