Troglo auberge

Wonderful experience. Very good price for the quality and the owners are the kindest people, but if you don't speak French you might get some difficulties communicating.
We stayed at the troglodite's caves, so there is no shower in it, but that's to be expected when you go for that stuff and we could shower downstairs.
The breakfast was very good and with a great view.

One of the best places you can visit in the south of Tunisia. I visited the place with my wife and a couple friends. Our experience started by a delicious and varied local breakfast. After that, the owner took us to our rooms located in the mountain. It was two rooms, and a living room located in the mountain made by rock with a kitchen and a washroom. We loved the place, every thing was excellent starting from the hospitality of the owner, the beauty of the location giving a panoramic view on the gulf of Gabes, to the amazing food served by the locals. I visited Trogl' auberge and i will visit it again and again. Thank you Mr. Béchir for your hospitality and all the persons that made our journey unforgettable.

One of I my favorite places in the world ... Wonderful landscapes and architecture, beautiful people and amazing food. Bechir and Leila are very special, you will not find better hosts !

Un endroit magnifique malgré la sécheresse et un accueil superbe par Béchir et la population du village. Une grande bouffée d’air pur loin des sentiers battus par les hordes de touristes qui ne s’arrêtent que pour la photo, au grand dam des habitants qui comptent sur la vente d’artisanat local (notamment tapis, mais aussi miel et figues séchées) pour compenser l’aridité croissante des terres. Depuis la cabane troglo de Béchir, où l’on passe une nuit confortable, on domine le village en contrebas et on aperçoit la mer au loin les jours de beaux temps. Une visite à la fois authentique et très agréable, tant sur le logement que la qualité du restau de l’auberge et les rencontres dans le village. Je souhaite le meilleur pour Béchir et sa famille.

Lieu de séjour formidable... à ne pas rater pour découvrir le sud tunisien et ses habitants.

Un tourisme solidaire. Le lieu rustique permet une réelle immersion dans ce village surréel, loin de nos civilisations. Il mérite vraiment le détour . Béchir et sa famille ont été accueillants et nos échanges autour du repas dans leur maison a été très sympathique. Lieu recommandé.
