Incredible service, selection, and quality!

Having already been a satisfied, repeat customer, I made plans to arrive early morning the day of Mr. G’s birthday party. Searching to create a mini golf theme decoration, the staff helped me find the only “golf” balloon in the store. After my order was set, they quickly and beautifully arranged the balloons and helped me take them to my car. This day was a bit windy, but the staff member was diligent to attempt to get them into my car, but one balloon quickly popped. Without hesitation, we went back into the store to get a replacement.

Once inside, another staff member took a look at the 2 bunches of balloons and began to work to untangle the strings, which were now in a giant knot from the wind. After a few minutes, he decided to cut one bunch free, and half the balloons flew to the ceiling! Without skipping a beat, he grabbed a padded and pole with a bit of sticky tape on the end, and made fast work of retrieving them. Once both bunches were re-finished, two staff members carried the balloons to my car, and all was good.

Having worked a similar job many years ago, I know that some customers can get very flustered about such a situation, but I am very thankful to all three staff members for their quick service and dedication to ensure I was pleased before leaving the store. Thank you very much!

Love this shop we went for a few bits of tinsel and came out with so much more ….balloons, decorations,table cloths, serviettes and Christmas head bands ….
