Nice hotel if u have kids with u, they have a playroom and a few different pools that suit all age range n parents. Beach just across the side.. I have the pool view suite, the sound proof is quite good, can't hear the music.

The front desk very friendly and helpful. We were there 4 hrs earlier, they will try their best to let us check in earlier if not u can wait at their nice lobby or kids room..

Will definitely come back again

We have stayed at the Baan Laimai twice now and we love it here! Best location and super modern. All the staff are so friendly and we especially love the live entertainment in the restaurant at night.
A special shout out to New at the pool bar! He is so kind and accommodating - our first trip was planned around three birthdays in our family and on each one he organized cake for us. On the second trip he made us a celebratory drink as it was our honeymoon, what a legend!

I had an amazing experience at this hotel.
The brake fast is good, the view is amazing, the rooms are very big and the staff is great especially ZAW he is very kind and helpful.
The main thing is that it's very close to everything, restaurants, shopping centers and night life.

Very nice hotel! The room was very clean and the staff were friendly. I honestly don’t have any complaints about the hotel. Amazing location; you can walk to the beach. Prior to booking, I read reviews of some people complaining about the sewage smell but for me, it wasn’t something I could notice. One thing that people should keep in mind though is that they play live music in the evening at the restaurant until 11:30 PM. For me, I didn’t mind, but if you plan on going to bed early, then this could be bothersome. (This also could be just my room because my room was right next to the restaurant). I liked the vibe, loved the music, everything was awesome.

My wife and I stayed for three nights in the Garden View Room. The hotel is huge with 300+ rooms. They have a nice and huge pool with rooms even opening directly into the pool (they were a bit expensive for our pocket though).

We were happy with our room choice since it was towards the front of the hotel and had quicker access to the beach. (You could hear music till late though but we didn't mind)

The location of the hotel is amazing. The beach is across the street. Bangla Street is walking distance. There are a number of eateries along the beach/street outside.

The restaurant has good food choices and service with live music in the evening.

Would definitely recommend this for the location and pool

Beautiful hotel with luxury rooms. They have amazing room service. Location is fabulous close to everything. Band performance every day and the mango sticky rice is another story 😋😋😋😋

We stayed four nights, at the deluxe pool access room. Swimming pool was clean, super spacious and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony listening to live music band playing at night until around 12am.

If you are lucky there might also be 2-3 min long fireworks lit by other restaurants nearby.

I would rate the breakfast 8/10, because we simply love egg Benedicts, the access to the gym is excellent as it has most of the operators that are pretty new.

Overall is excellent. Location is perfect for Patong area and near attractions, rooms are big but beds are not that comfy, pool is amazing, restaurant for breakfast and dinner is delicious. Staff are so friendly and helpful. There is a good tourism agency disk next to reception in which you can book any activity in Phuket. There is a spa inside the hotel which is amazing and feels luxurious, very excellent therapists and amazing vibes. I’d choose this hotel next time for sure!

Great hotel in a great location.
Enjoyed the room, the pool was great, service was excellent especially at breakfast and dinner. The buffet breakfast has room for improvement but still reasonable. Just booked the hotel for next year so I am staying there again. I had a pool access room which was great but there are still plenty of chairs around the pool to enjoy a day relaxing and if you prefer the beach it's across the road

Nice resort, great location, amazing views from courtyard and beachfront room, awesome staff. Reception was very accommodating, all staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Sanjeev too was very helpful! Great vibe, can't recommend this resort enough to anyone wanting a memorable stay.

Great hotel stayed many times and never disappointed. Newly renovated rooms were big and spacious with big balcony. Breakfast was great, mostly asian and indian food. Special thanx to Ben at front desk, she is super professional and super friendly with beautiful smile. Definitely coming back next year

We ran into this place walking by and we're so glad we stopped for dinner here. The service was spectacular. They really love giving great service. Everyone was walking around smiling as they helped us. Ahmed and Kate helped us have an amazing dinner. And Phuphan kept checking with us if everything was perfect. Pineapple Fried Rice was great, so was the Pad See Ew. Tom Ka Ga soup is the best you have to try it. The band was also great with live music. Great place!!

I didn’t stay at the hotel, but the outdoor bar/restaurant was really great. Good value for drinks. Nice live music. And great location.
Muki and the rest of the service team were fantastic.

Had greats drinks. The cocktails were excellent. Food was good. Service was outstanding from their staff. Chit our waiter was simply superb and very customer oriented. Attended to all our orders and recommended good drink selections for the night. Band was also equally superb. Highly recommended if you are in Patong.

A great place located within walking distance from the Main Street and restaurants, bars and mainstream hotels with a great ambiance and live band. I had Param as my waiter and was delivered exceptional service, warm and friendly. I had the fried garlic chilli ocean bass and it was sensational! Chefs kiss. I would highly recommend you try out the fish if you want to taste an authentic Thai cuisine or if you want to just have a drink with friends and great for families as well looking for a great feed. Will be back again soon.

Loved our stay here. Extremely comfortable and lovely. The entire process from check in to check out was super quick and fast. The entire staff of the hotel was extremely warm and welcoming.
Extremely Central, everything is walking distance. What I liked best about the hotel was that the hotel had multiple entry exist points. And by central I mean, patong beach was right in the front of the hotel, the entire patong beach street plus bangla street was onto the right of the street, there was a emergency doctors clinic 5 mins away from the clinic from the main lobby entrance, below onto the left there was a 7/11 and multiple Indian restaurants as well. Even though it's on patong beach it's away from the main chaos of patong beach so you do get your peace. The hotel is huge, lovely huge swimming pool, a gym, a kids indoor play area, spacious lobbies and has a good friendly in house restaurant as well.
Highly recommend.

Super good food! Very reasonable price. We only paid 3000++ baht for one lobster one fish one vege and one tomyam including drinks, we got free ice creams too. Also, Phupan the restaurant staff helped us to pick the best seafood!!!! Please ask for him to advise you, you won’t regret I promise you!!!!

This is a beautiful hotel with clean spacious rooms friendly staff that go above and beyond there is nothing I would complain about leaving tomorrow would definitely come back again
