Tandoori Flames

I really enjoy Indian food, and I eat it quite often. However, this particular restaurant has truly impressed me. I never expected to find such high-quality tandoori chicken in a tourist area like this. Every dish I tried was exceptional and surpassed my expectations. Tonight was a truly great dining experience. I would like to extend my thanks to the staff, especially Raj, for his outstanding service.

The food is amazing! We really love Indian food and this restaurant is one of the best we’ve even been to! Also the service our waiter Kul provided was absolutely perfect! Will come again during our trip 😊😊🙏

Overall experience was amazing. Staff was really nice and helpful. The food tasted really good, especially chicken lollipops, and the mushrooms ( I forgot the dish name). However, I found that the chicken butter curry tasted not quite similar to other Indian restaurants, but it didn’t taste bad, just different.

Clean food, fresh, tasty… customer service 10/10. Loved it. Probably one of the few places in phuket you can have real food! Thank you thank you! Highly recommend. The reviews dont lie.

Updated: 30/3 - I’d give this place 6/5 I’m honestly now sad I didn’t come here last time I was in Patong. As I sat and ate my Malai Kofta tonight I had an out of body experience it was so good, I thought of traveling to India or simply moving to Patong so I could eat here 3-5 times a week it’s simply too good. Do yourself a favor and come here and do it early in the trip so you can eat here more than once or twice.

We had an amazing experience at Tandoori Flames as always. The food was great and very nice service from Amar and the team. It is our favourite Indian restaurant in Thailand no doubt :)

Was with my friends and we were talking and finalising all items we wanted to order. Called a staff, he came to us and repeated those dishes right away in the correct order my friends and I wanted to say. He was paying attention to us from a distance away without disturbing us, what a surprised service. The guy name “Amal”, he was super friendly. Give him a star 💫

Apart from that, the food was super good. Rich and flavourful. We had such a delicious time. Veg Biryani’s taste note was so amazing. Lamp Vindaloo was great, cooked well and not smelly at all. It is no doubt worth the 10k reviews.

Tandoori Flames is certainly one of the hottest Indian restaurants anywhere.
Tandoori Chicken and Chicken Madras were sensational.
The dishes looked great and tasted even better.
Our server, Kul, was brilliant and the service impeccable.
Terrific staff, very reasonable cost for food and alcohol.
In all it was a flaming good lunch.

We knew this is a good restaurant and were not disappointed. Im going to post some pictures cause I don’t remember all the dishes by name, but here’s some, achari fish tikka, goan fish curry and garlic naan bread. Don’t think about leaving Patong and not coming to have dinner here.

We got there at 21:00 and it was fully booked, we waited for 10 minutes.
First Indian restaurant (for me) that can make less hot 🥵.

Raj was an amazing host! The food was great! My partner had the Chicken Korma and I had the Butter Chicken, we shared the Yellow Rice and Garlic Narm bread! Portion sizes were good and we both were fully satisfied! Really recommend this place to all tourists!

Fantastic Indian food with good service! Ambience wise it's pretty nice and comfortable, not too brightly lit. Our waiter Raj was attentive and polite. We also appreciated how he explained clearly and patiently to us the differences between the dishes and sauces when we asked.

Prices are reasonable; we paid about 580+ baht per pax for the following: two portions of naan, one butter chicken, one fried bhindi (okra), one chicken tikka, and two Coke Zeros. We left with very happy and full stomachs.

Our small gripe -- we just wish all the dishes could have been spicier for a better kick. But a disclaimer is that it seems most of the restaurants in Phuket typically tone down the spiciness for us because we're tourists, even though we tend to ask for normal or increased spicy level! I guess the food here would be very tolerable even for non-spicy eaters. If you actually want spicy, do try to emphasize it more. Haha.

There's a hand washing area on the first floor, and clean unisex cubicle washrooms on the second floor. You can choose to sit indoors or outdoors. No queue at 6pm-7pm on a Tuesday.

Spicy means spicy! Had a feast of delicious food but most importantly, the staff anticipated anything we needed and were very thoughtfully coming to check on us/our food. Thank you for your great service Lux and for asking if there was anything you could do! A wonderful meal :)

I like this place for indian quisine. Every dish in here is delicious with reasonable price. Furthermore, MK was amazing kind staff for us. You cannot miss it! Thanks for meaningful time for us!

Authentic Indian cuisine. Very good food. We had lamb vindaloo, fish curry and butter chicken and surpassed our expectations. Many thanks to MK and AJ for their outstanding service. You must try this restaurant when you visit Phuket.

My husband and I visited Tandoori Flame, the service is brilliant, food was brought out hot and promptly. Our waiter was Kuldeep and he made us feel right at home.

Being of Indian ethnicity I can honestly say the food is delicious, and of high quality.
We will definitely visit again!
