The worst experience in Thailand. I wanted to pay there because of my tour has given me a code, it writes: I can pay my tour by topsdaily, BigC etc. I never met it before, but I think they work together for sure, so I went there and also took two waters. I asked the young lady by the cashier, if I can pay my payment (I have the code on my phone and showed her). She just answered very rudely: No! I asked again and show her, what it writes on my phone. She didn’t pay any attention and just said: 12 Baht! 12 Baht! ( my water) then I asked, maybe you mean I have to pay the water at first and then this payment? (I thought I have to pay twice, it’s ok!) then I payed. She talked to the next: next one! What is it??
I asked what’s is your name? How can you treat customers like this? She just shouted: no no no! I asked if she can call her boss or another to ask, so answer, very rude. I went out and came again with my husband, there was another lady. We asked again, this lady is worse even: she shaked the computer and shouted: I can not! I can not! Go to another store! My god, if you can not explain my question, please make a translation on google or just learn English, please. Don’t treat customers with this rude way. If you don’t like the job; just change it. The whole Thailand I have very good memories with kind people, and you two young ladies expected. 👎

Terrible service with terrible staff that it just rude and don't deserve a job.

Most of the staff don't speak any English and just rant and rave and treat you like dirt.

I managed to find one that spoke English and said do you accept credit cards they said Yes. I went to purchase a dozen items walked to the counter and they said no you cash.

In disgust with the rude and hopeless service I put everything down left it there and walked out and went to 7-Eleven which was miles better

Pass to the people in the store don't speak English then you ask can you use a credit card and I say yes so you go and buy a dozen things and then they say no cash only pack of incompetent morons

De meest slechte ervaring ever
Wilde een fles zoete wijn omruilen voor een droge wijn .nee nee nee . Had uiterwaard de aankoop bon van een dag eerder en de fles was natuurlijk verzegeld. Viel niet mee te praten. Ik had per ongeluk de verkeerde wijn gekocht. Het geld vroeg ik niet terug had natuurlijk bijbetaald als de andere wijn duurder zou zijn. Nog nooit zoiets onbeschofts mee gemaakt. WAARDELOZE winkel. Ik raad af om daar wat te kopen.
