Stopped in for an esim after reading reviews and deciding this would be the best place for us to shop. Beautiful store front and very helpful employees. We did not have any issues with communicating our needs. The employee was patient and informative and basically loaded the sim, downloaded an App and showed us a few things and we were off and running. Coming from the US we found the prices to be so affordable. If you need a phone or esim, this is the place to stop. Highly recommended.

My data ran out with another company and I saw the good reviews for this place. The service was excellent!! I hot another week for just 150 bhat and free water and the service was all connected for. Was there less than 10 mins. Much better than airport phone companies!!

And, another staff member "Trainee" 😉, showed me how to top up my phone on the machine.

AIS is my choice of carrier in Thailand. It’s fast, stable, reasonable, and there are many free super fast wifi spots available for the users. The location at the shopping mall doesn’t open until 11am, so if you wanna get it early, this location is one of the options.

Very helpful service. We were offered a bottle of fresh water as we entered! Take a ticket and have a seat, the wait was less then 10min with 4 customers before us. Best deals we have found on sim cards, much better than at the airport (about 1/4 of the price for a 30day package). Everyone spoke english so it was easy to explain what we needed and get informations.

This service point was amazing! We bought a couple of sim cards and the staff spoke great English and helped us to set up everything. The overall process was fast and we got a cheaper price than we expected as we didn’t need a huge amount of data and they offered us a more affordable option. They also offered us water while we waited. Overall an excellent service with an excellent network.

I had a very good experience here. As a tourist it is a lot cheaper getting a sim card here than at the airport. So i really advise all tourist to get a sim card at a ais Shop. The Service here is great and for tourist an english speaking staff will come and help you which is very kind and because of it it is very easy to communicate your wants.

We had a great experience at this AIS location. The staff member, Sungwut, spoke great English and recommended a better plan. His detailed explanation and technical modification of a prepaid to postpaid plan was perfect. We would highly recommend this store.
