Chiang Mai Private Guided Tour by Richard

I booked with Chiang Mai private tours at the last minute and they were able to accommodate me with no problem. They pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the end of the day. Mr Richard the owner is very kind, patient, knowledgeable and informative about the area. He took me to the landmarks that I wanted to visit and others that I did not know existed. This is by far the best private tour I have ever taken and look forward to booking with Mr Richard again. You will not be disappointed with his services and knowledge.

I came across a review for Richard on TripAdvisor and got in touch 6 mths before my trip in Nov. We discussed my itinerary for Chiang Mai to Chiang Rai and he provided a quote for the trip. I had received another quote from another operator.
Closer to the trip when I reconfirmed the quotes, Richard stood by what he had quoted despite higher fuel costs while the other operator's quote increased.
When we finally arrived in Chiang Mai, a last minute addition for Doi Ithanon was decided and we booked that with Richard as well.

Summary, Richard was an honest and friendly person. He is a very safe driver and went above and beyond, suggesting additional places to visit for both days.
Strongly recommend if you need to arrange a private driver for your visit, do support this wonderful gentleman.

Highly recommended. Richard was humble and respectful. He brought us to the elephant sanctuary and then to the airport. He patiently waited for us outside the elephant sanctuary with all our luggage inside the car, then brought us to the airport right on time.

בא בזמן, נתן מענה מיידי ומהיר מהיום להיום. היה תפוס ושלח נהג אחר שעובד איתו. תוך כדי מהלך היום הסכים להתעכב והכל במחירים סבירים. הגיע לאיסוף מהמלון, בנה תוכנית מעניינת באיזה מקומות נבקר בסביבות העיר לפי המאפיינים שלנו. היינו זוג עם שלושה בנים והגיע רכב ואן גדול ונוח. הנהג היה מאוד מסביר פנים. מומלץ בחום. היינו איתו יומיים שלמים
