A&C Bakery

Located in a quiet alley, near the gate and night bazaar, somewhere in between. Use google maps to navigate and you will find it. At first I almost missed it since the storefront retreats from the road. It’s on the right side of an Italian restaurant.
The owner is polite and welcoming.
I had a bagel sandwich and a cup of cappuccino, bagel tastes great, I like the fact that the mayonnaise is sugar free. Plus a croissant. A total of 195 baht, very good price for what you get. Great quiet place where you can just sit and spend some time alone.

If you miss the pastries of the now closed Baan Bakery, this is the place to come.

The atmosphere is unfortunately not the same and the selection of pastry is a bit smaller, but what's there is very similar to what Baan Bakery used to do.

There's about 6 or 7 tables outside.

A hidden gem. This place is beautiful, relaxed, and inexpensive. Lovely selection of pastries. They also have WiFi.

The pastries are amazingly delicious. Some with custard, fruit, veggie or meat. Some thing for every taste bud.

This little bakery has been our favourite spot so far for breakfast. We came here almost every day during our trip in Chiang Mai. Baguette and bagel sandwiches are simple but delicious. The price is very reasonable. Cinnamon roll is a must.

The owners are polite and kind.

Awesome little bakery with a good selection of small pastries, coffee and bread for a low price. Everything we tried was very good. The location is cute with a couple of places to sit.

I was really suprised the quality of these bakings. I recommend croissant with almonds and cinnabon roll. Very tasty. Definietly will come back

I was supposed to take a photo of everything but as I was eating these pastries I completely forgot. It was so good!!! I had the chocolate croissant, tuna pastry, chocolate danish, bacon twist roll (i think), and pineapple danish. I’m definitely going back again! I also grabbed a nice fresh hot loaf of bread. The aunties were very nice. 😁

This is one of the best neighborhood bakeries in Chiang Mai! Run by a local Thai family that knows how to properly make pastries and breads, and charge local neighborhood prices. Absolute delightful discovery today when I stumbled upon them today when driving down this wonderful neighborhood.

There’s an Italian restaurant next to it, and a Japanese restaurant next to it and a beauty salon next to the Japanese restaurant. Very homey feel to this street. It’s like a community.

Every neighborhood should have a local bakery as nice as this!

I had chocolate-croissant and pineapple pastry, along with a mocha.

Delicious coffee and fresh pastries. The price is also very good! I spent 70 baht on an americano and a fruit tarte. The ladies who work here are also lovely. I come a few times a week!

Cappuccino and almond Danish for 70 baht (£1.62 at today's rate). The Danish was the freshest, lightest I've ever had, as far as I can remember. Generally I like to stick to local foods when travelling, but this was a very nice deviation to the rule (and the bakery is run by a Thai family, so not totally breaking the rule)

Only tried pineapple danish and almond croissant with a coffee. All were absolutely perfect.😀. It was worth the walk from my hotel in the old city. Sandwiches looked great too. Strongly recommend this place if you're missing a taste from home. It's a friendly cute little place serving baked goods as good as anywhere in the west.

had a really peaceful afternoon here. the people working here are so sweet and lovely - i had a delicious iced tea. will be back :)

I'm visiting this place every once a week. Have to go early to try many types of bread if go later than 1pm most of them sold out. Owner is very kind and most importantly price is kind and breads are all delicious.
